The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) assassinated President John F. Kennedy (JFK) all by himself on November 22, 1963. They of course failed to present any evidence to support this claim however. In fact, they ignored a lot of evidence and witnesses to reach this conclusion.
This leads us to this question.

Why Did The WC Ignore The Comments Of Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) Employee Eddie Piper?
In both Eddie Piper’s WC testimony and his affidavit to the Sheriff Department on November 23, 1963, he stated that he saw LHO at 12:00 p.m. on November 22, 1963.

Yesterday, at about 12:00 Noon, this fellow Lee says to me, "I'm going up to eat" and I went on to my lunch. (Eddie Piper Affidavit, CE 5323, p. 499)

His testimony will give even more detail on his encounter with LHO.
Mr. BALL. Was that the last time you saw him?
Mr. PIPER. Just at 12 o’clock.
Mr. BALL. Where were you at 12 o’clock?
Mr. PIPER. Down on the first floor.
Mr. BALL. What was he doing?
Mr. PIPER. Well I said to him—“It’s about lunch time. I believe I’ll go have lunch.” So, he says, “Yeah” –he mumbled something—I don’t know whether he said he was going up or going out, so I got my sandwich off of the radiator and went on back to the first window of the first floor.
This clearly shows that Eddie Piper saw LHO at 12:00 p.m. on the first floor which contradicts what the WC wrote in their report. They wrote the following regarding this issue.

Givens thought this was about 11:55 a.m. None of the Depository employees is known to have seen Oswald again until after the shooting. (WCR, p. 143)

The WC made no mention of Piper’s comments in their report, therefore, they again made an assertion that was in opposition to the known evidence. Why? Piper seeing LHO on the first floor at noon doesn’t mean that he couldn’t have been on the sixth floor at 12:30 p.m., so why did they ignore his comments and dismiss him as a “confused witness?” (WCR, p. 153)
Not only was LHO’s location ignored, but also corroboration for his statement that he was eating at the time of the assassination was lost.

I asked him what part of the building he was in at the time the president was shot, and he said that he was having his lunch about that time on the first floor. (WCR, p. 600)

Oswald stated that he went to lunch at approximately noon and he claimed he ate his lunch on the first floor in the lunchroom…Oswald claimed to be on the first floor when President John F. Kennedy passed the building. (WCR, p. 613)

By not including Piper’s comments in their report the WC killed two birds with one stone. They eliminated the contradiction to their claim that no TSBD employee saw LHO after 11:55 a.m., and they prevented corroboration for LHO’s claim that he ate his lunch in the lunchroom.
Can any official narrative defender explain why the WC would do this if they were running an honest investigation and searching for the truth?
I think we again see an instance where the WC ignored evidence that was contrary to their preconceived conclusion, thus, it cannot be accurate and is sunk.
