The Railroading Of Lee Harvey Oswald
By Gil Jesus
10/13/09
1. Oswald was not allowed legal representation.
"I'd like some legal representation but these police officers have not allowed me to, to have any. I don't know what this is all about."
2. Oswald was repeatedly questioned without benefit of counsel.
3. Oswald was placed in police lineups with individuals who did NOT match the descriptions of the witnesses, making Oswald the person who "most resembled" those descriptions.
4. Oswald was kept incommunicato on the night of the 22nd. Not even his own family was allowed to see him.
5. Jack Ruby was allowed into the DPD headquarters to kill Oswald before he could be arraigned on the night of the 22nd, but got cold feet because he admittedly was afraid that he'd hit one of the officers.
6. Oswald was never told that he was a suspect in the assassination until he stood arraignment.
"I didn't shoot anybody, sir. I haven't been told what I am here for".
7. Oswald was arraigned TWICE without benefit of legal counsel.
"These people have given me a hearing without legal representation or anything".
8. Oswald was arraigned at 12:35 am and charged with the murder of Kennedy. This is known as "sleep deprivation" and is an old tactic still used to force a confession from a suspect or suspected terrorist.
9. Ruby was allowed AGAIN into the Dallas Police Headquarters on Saturday.
10. Finally, Ruby was allowed into the basement AGAIN on Sunday and got Oswald before custody was lost to the Dallas Police.
