The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) assassinated President John F. Kennedy (JFK), wounded Govenor John B. Connally (JBC), killed Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit (JDT), and fired a shot at Edwin A. Walker (EAW).
As we have seen in this long running series they put forth zero evidence for showing that he committed any of these crimes. The WC published twenty-six volumes of evidence and none of it supports their claims regarding these crimes.
This post is going to look at an odd tidbit that was never explored by the WC, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) or Secret Service (SS). It is up to each of you to decide for yourselves how relevant this tidbit is.
This tidbit was reported on by Penn Jones, Jr. in his book “Forgive My Grief Vol. 4”. I have not read about this anywhere else, but some people claim that this man was not a studious researcher.

Over the last fifty-eight years the idea of the fatal headshot coming from the storm drain on Elm Street has been discussed a lot. Penn Jones, Jr., mentions an odd thing in his final book on the JFK assassination (“Forgive My Grief” Vol. IV) as his was the first to print two photographs that show an unidentified (at least as of January 20, 1972 – does anyone know who this police officer is?) motorcycle cop placing his bike in front of the storm drain.
This is an odd thing to do considering the circumstances of that moment. Why was this officer concerned about covering up the storm drain entrance? Jones makes another interesting point regarding the use of the sewer for a possible sniper.
This point isn't mentioned by other researchers from what I have seen. Obviously there would be water running through the sewer. It would be advantageous to the shooter to control the level of water as if it is too high it would make walking through it more difficult. Keep in mind, it had rained on November 22 as well which would increase the level of the water in the sewer system.
Jones suggests that it would be necessary to acquire the assistance of someone at the water and sewer department. This help could be knowingly or unknowingly acquired.
Jones posits that this person might have been Jack Eugene Ramsey. Why? Because he died on May 8, 1964, at the age of twenty-three-years-old. He was found hanging in a room inside the Holiday Lodge Motel located at 5715 S. Beckley Street.
He lived at 2935 Ann Arbor so one has to wonder what Ramsey was doing at the motel. Ramsey, like Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO), was an ex-Marine.
The other odd tidbit is that the manager of the motel, a forty-eight-year-old wealthy businessman, died just days after Ramsey did. (Penn Jones, Jr., “Forgive My Grief”, Vol. IV, p. 37)
Do you think that this was just another odd coincidence or something more?
If it is something more than the WC's conclusion is incorrect because they never had this point investigated, therefore, their conclusion cannot be correct so it is sunk again.
