Notice To Lurkers:
Ben will deny these very obvious lies by claiming he has given evidence already (a favorite trick of the LNer clan) or that he has quoted me saying something, but do NOT fall for it. Demand him to provide this evidence to you. Demand that he provides my quote IN context as he has a habit of EDITING other people’s words and ignoring clarifications even when they are made BEFORE he responded.
Ben will resort to insults and false accusations like all LNers do so take note of how often he does this.
*******************************************************************
Let's start to add in Ben's OWN notice as he does EXACTLY what he warns you folks LNers will do!
“Important Note for Lurkers - there are many trolls on this forum who's only purpose is to obstruct debate, deny the evidence, and attempt to change message threads from discussing the evidence, to personal insults and attacks.” (Ben Holmes’s Refrain on his “series” posts.)
******************************************************************
From the "Unsupported Claims of Ben Holmes List" with Ben's comment.
"Ben never proved his claim that Lt. [Carl] Day's claim was EQUAL to Latona's tests."
"Never said it." (Ben Holmes)
Really? What is this?
“That is NOT on par with the lies of Walt when he claims there was a "smudged print on the wooden foregrip (sic)” and that Lt. Day did a lift when the testimony of FBI expert (and Day mentor) refutes all this.” (Robert)
“A conflict in evidence merely means you have to select that which is most persuasive. Walt can EQUALLY claim you're lying because Lt. Day testified to the lift.” (Ben Holmes – 7/15/09)
Ben is saying despite Sebastian Latona's tests that showed NO indication of a lift being done, NO indication of a print near the wooden fore grip or under the rifle's barrel, and NO indication that any processing was done Lt. Day's CLAIM of doing a lift is EQUALLY PERSUASIVE.
Ben can lie and say he did NOT say this but this comes from him learning how to lie constantly! See, he said Walt could claim I was lying because Lt. Day's claim of performing a lift was EQUALLY PERSUASIVE to the claims of Latona AFTER HE PROCESSED THE RIFLE WITH ALL THE APPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT! For Walt to call me a liar he has to PROVE that Lt. Day's CLAIM is as PERSUASIVE as the full tests Latona performed on the rifle.
How many of you are going to take Lt. Day's word (when he would NOT sign an affidavit outlining what he did) over the extensive tests Latona did? Beyond the LNers and WC shills I would guess most of you wouldn't.
So Ben lied, and then he lied about what he lied about initially. He is a continual serial liar.
Will he retract his many lies? Please.
