Notice To Lurkers:
Ben will deny these very obvious lies by claiming he has given evidence already (a favorite trick of the LNer clan) or that he has quoted me saying something, but do NOT fall for it. Demand him to provide this evidence to you. Demand that he provides my quote IN context as he has a habit of EDITING other peoples' words and ignoring clarifications even when they are made BEFORE he responded.
Ben will resort to insults and false accusations like all LNers do so take note of how often he does this.
*******************************************************************
Let's start to add in Ben's OWN notice as he does EXACTLY what he warns you folks LNers will do!
“Important Note for Lurkers - there are many trolls on this forum who's only purpose is to obstruct debate, deny the evidence, and attempt to change message threads from discussing the evidence, to personal insults and attacks.” (Ben Holmes’s Refrain on his “series” posts.)

Ben Holmes said this in regards to the alleged ordering of the alleged murder weapon of President John F. Kennedy (JFK).
“They have him ordering a 40" Carcano rifle when there is NO evidence showing this!” (Robert)
“Of course there is.” (Ben Holmes – 3/17/09)
Really? Where is the evidence that shows Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) ordered a 40" Carcano? The official evidence given to us shows a very different picture indeed. This evidence, the kind Ben calls "definitive", shows us he would have ordered a 36" Carbine if he ordered a rifle at all.
This is based on the following pieces of evidence given to us by the Warren Commission (WC).
1) An order form that contained the catalog number for a 36" Carbine, NOT a 40" Carcano.
2) An order form that contained the dollar amount MATCHING the cost of the 36" Carbine w/scope plus S&H, NOT the cost of the 40" Carcano.
3) A money order that matched the same dollar amount on the order form and this matched the cost of the 36" Carbine w/scope plus S&H.
4) The paperwork given to us by Klein's says "Carbine" on it.
5) The WC gave us the wrong advertisement, intentionally, as they knew at the time of the alleged order (March 1963) that Klein's had NO 40" Carcanos in stock. They inserted the November 1963 edition of "Field & Stream" for the actual one that should have been used (February 1963 "American Rifleman") if the weapon was ordered by LHO as claimed.
Further research shows the crate that contained the alleged murder weapon sat in a warehouse for over two years before it was sent to Klein's in February 1963 and that it contained 36" Carbines.
Let's stick to the topic and lie by Ben though, where is the evidence he claims exists that shows the weapon ordered by LHO allegedly was a 40" Carcano?
Will he ever list it for us?
I think this is just another easy provable lie.
