The Warren Commission (WC) said one bullet hit two men and called this the Single Bullet Theory (SBT). We have seen in many posts that the SBT was an IMPOSSIBILITY, and here is another post showing this whole claim is false and WITHOUT evidence to support it.

A loud critic of the SBT came from former Chief Medical Examiner of New York City (NYC) Dr. Milton Helpern. Dr. Helpern had conducted thousands of autopsies on gunshot victims over his career in NYC. The New York Times wrote that, “…he knew more about violent death than ANYONE ELSE in the world.” Dr. Halpern has said the following about Commission Exhibit (CE) 399 (i.e. “magic bullet”).

The original, pristine weight of this bullet before it was fired was approximately 160-61 grains. The weight of the bullet recovered on the stretcher in Parkland Hospital was reported by the Commission at 158.6. This bullet WASN’T deformed in any way. I CANNOT ACCEPT the premise that this bullet thrashed around in all that bony tissue and lost ONLY 1.4 to 2.4 grains of its original weight. I CANNOT believe either that this bullet is going to emerge miraculously unscathed, without ANY DEFORMITY, and with its lands and grooves intact…You must remember that next to bone, the skin offers greater resistance to a bullet in its course through other layers of soft tissue; and then shattered bones! I just CAN’T BELIEVE that this bullet had the force to do what was demanded of it; and I don’t think they really stopped to think out carefully what they have asked of this bullet. (Emphasis added)

This sums it up perfectly. The man proclaimed as the person who knew more about violent death than ANYONE in the world said this bullet could NOT do what the WC claimed it did. Dr. Helpern was the leading FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST at the time of the assassination too. End of story.
Dr. Helpern would also give us this great quote too.

Selecting a hospital pathologist to perform a medico-legal autopsy...and evaluate gunshot wounds is like sending a seven year old boy who has taken three lessons on the violin over to the New York Philharmonic and expect him to perform a Tchaikovsky symphony. He knows how to hold the violin and the bow, but he has a long way to go before he can make music. (quoted by Marshall Houts in his biography of Helpern, "Where Death Delights")

Indeed. Dr. Humes and Dr. Boswell were selected because they were NOT qualified to conduct this type of autopsy. The truth needed burying.
