James Silbert’s fellow FBI representative at the autopsy of President John F. Kennedy (JFK) was Francis O'Neill. He, like Sibert, was at the autopsy the whole time save for a quick bite to eat.
O'Neill was interviewed by the House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) on November 8, 1978, and the subsequent affidavit of it was denoted MD-47 by the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB).
O'Neill makes a comment in this affidavit that sinks the Warren Commission's (WC) claim regarding the Single Bullet Theory (SBT) all by itself.

When the autopsy doctor appeared to have no idea of where the bullet entering the back may have gone, the doctors began discussing other possible outlets for the bullet. (Francis O'Neill interview with HSCA, November 8, 1978; ARRB affidavit MD-47, p. 2)

This clearly tells us that there was NOT a connection between the back wound and the throat wound otherwise they would have had an idea of where the bullet went. He further states that two of the prosectors [Commander James Humes and Commander J. Thorton Boswell] could NOT locate an exit point for the back wound. Sibert was sent to call SA Charles Killion to see if any extra bullets existed.
Sibert was informed of the bullet found on the stretcher at Parkland Hospital (PH) and passed this on to the autopsy doctors. O'Neill then said this in the interview.

I know for a fact that when the autopsy was complete, there was no doubt in anyone's mind in attendance at the autopsy that the bullet found on the stretcher in Dallas came out of JFK's body. (Ibid., p.3)

This statement again destroys the WC's claim as how could the bullet found at PH come from JFK's body, but also go on to wound Governor John B. Connally (JBC)? It couldn't of course.
O'Neill corroborated Sibert in saying two fragments were taken from JFK's head, not a missile, and that there were other fragments in the head. (Ibid., p. 4) If a full-metal jacket was used as claimed by the WC, why was there so many fragments in JFK's head?
O'Neill then stated that the bullet hit JFK in the center of the head and exited out of the top. (Ibid., p. 4) How does a bullet enter at a DOWNWARD angle and then exit in an upward angle? The WC, Clark Panel and the HSCA failed to explain this for us.

In my opinion, JFK couldn't have had an open casket. The medical illustrator that the Commission employed did not accurately depict the President's wounds. (Ibid., p. 5)

O'Neill said that the medical illustrator that the WC used drew schematic drawings that did NOT reflect JFK's actual wounds! This proves that we have not been told the truth regarding JFK's actual wounds.
O'Neill continues with another whopper.

I do not see how the bullet that entered below the shoulder in the back could have come out the front of the throat. During the interview on January 10, 1978, I disagreed with Dr. Boswell's depiction of the location of the back (thorax) wound which Dr. Boswell had drawn on a diagram during an interview with this Committee in the Fall of 1977.
…It was and is my opinion that the bullet which entered the back came out the back. (Ibid., pp. 5-6)

Once again we see statements that disagree with the official narrative and conclusion. Why was Boswell stating that a wound was located where it wasn't? O'Neill’s statement about the bullet entering JFK's back coming out his back nullifies the SBT as obviously it couldn't leave his throat and go on to hit JBC.
O'Neill said that there was discussion about the disintegration of the head bullet and it was finally determined that it was a soft-nosed bullet. (Ibid., p. 6) This again differs from the official conclusion as they said that a full-metal jacket was used by LHO.
The discussion turned to the back wound and O'Neill stated that a “plastic bullet" or “ice bullet" that dissolves was used. It was determined that a different type of bullet was used from the head shot. (Ibid., p. 6) How could LHO get these kind of bullets? How could LHO fire two types of bullets with one rifle?
We again see statements from an agent at the autopsy that totally disagrees with the WC's final conclusion. Why was an autopsy even performed when its findings were totally ignored? Why did the WC present a conclusion that was NOT based on the facts of the autopsy?
