One of the most important documents in the President John F. Kennedy (JFK) assassination case is the report written by FBI Agents James Sibert and Francis O’Neill. Both agents were ordered to attend the autopsy and write a report on what was seen and heard.
Due to the significance of this report the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB) included it in their files. We have already looked at the affidavits these agents have provided, but their report is so important that it too must be examined.
The report tells us that at 5:55 p.m. the agents were ordered to the Bethesda Naval Hospital (BNH) to “stay with the body and to obtain bullets reportedly in the President’s body.” (ARRB MD 44; November 26, 1963, Report of FBI Agents James Sibert and Francis O’Neill, p. 1.)
Bullets? What bullets could these be since the one supposedly exited JFK and went on tho hit Texas Governor John B. Connally (JBC); and the other bullet was said to have exited his head. The only other bullet fired at JFK, according to the Warren Commission (WC), missed the presidential limousine altogether. So what bullets were still in JFK’s body IF the official conclusion is correct?
The report then describes the condition of JFK when it is removed from the casket.

The President’s body was removed from the casket in which it had been transported and was placed on the autopsy table, at which time the complete body was wrapped in a sheet and the head area contained an additional wrapping which was saturated with blood. Following the removal of the wrapping, it was ascertained that the President’s clothing had been removed and it was also apparent that a tracheotomy had been performed, as well as SURGERY OF THE HEAD AREA, namely in the TOP OF THE SKULL. The head had additional wrapping? The head had surgery to the top portion of the skull? There was no surgery performed on JFK's head at Parkland Hospital (PH), and even if there had been, the top of the head was not an area that needed surgery since the vast majority of those who saw JFK noted no injury located there. They instead said that there was a gaping hole in the right-rear of JFK’S head.
So why was there surgery to the top of the head? Could it be to make it appear like there was a wound there to support the official claim of s shot from the rear? This is why the chain of custody of the body is so important and there was none as the Secret Service (SS) illegally seized it in Dallas when they had no jurisdiction. This is “Law 101” stuff and it was deliberately ignored and no one was held accountable for this lawbreaking action. If this doesn’t show that there was a conspiracy then nothing else will.
We then see this comment in the report.

The Chief Pathologist advised approximately 40 particles of disintegrated bullet and smudges indicated that the projectile had fragmentized while passing through the skull area. (Ibid.)

The official explanation stated that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) fired full-metal jacketed bullets (FMJ), so how could there be so many particles and fragmentation when FMJ bullets are designed not to do this? FMJ bullets were in agreement with the Geneva Convention to reduce the amount of suffering a victim would experience by eliminating fragmentation. Therefore, if FMJ were used as claimed we shouldn’t see any fragments but we do. Why?
Clearly the bullet, or bullets, that hit JFK’s head were NOT the FMJ type. The report describes two fragments that were taken from the brain and put into a glass jar and taken by the SS. Where is the analysis on these fragments that show they matched the FMJ type bullets allegedly used in the assassination?
The next comment also disagrees with the official conclusion.

During the latter stages of this autopsy, Dr. Humes located an opening which appeared to be a bullet hole which was BELOW the shoulders and two inches to the right of the middle line of the spinal column.
This opening was probed by Dr. Humes with his finger, at which time it was determined that the trajectory of the missile entering at this point had entered at a downward of 45 to 60 degrees. Further probing determined that the distance traveled by this missile was short distance inasmuch as the end of the end of the opening could be felt with a finger. (Ibid., p. 4) (Emphasis added)

This destroys the Single Bullet Theory (SBT) as that called for the bullet to have hit at the base of the neck and to exit through the throat. This shows that it actually hit below the shoulders and inches to the right of the spinal column. Furthermore, it did NOT exit the body. How could the SBT happen under these circumstances? It couldn’t so it was ignored and the wound was moved by two men with no medical training – Congressman Gerald Ford and WC lawyer Arlen Specter.
The report further states that no bullets were found in the body or head and this left the prosecters at “a loss to explain why they found no bullets.” (Ibid.) Nor did they explain how a bullet that hit the skull could disintegrate so fully while a bullet that hit the dense radius bone and a rib had hardly any damage to it.
This report clearly shows that the official conclusion is totally false. This is why the WC ignored it for the most part.
