The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) assassinated President John F. Kennedy (JFK), shot and killed Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit (JDT), wounded Texas Governor John B. Connally (JBC) and attempted to kill retired General Edwin Walker. The evidence supporting these claims is absent from the WC’s twenty-six volumes of exhibits and testimony however, therefore, this has left many questions for us today. I have asked so many questions in this series already, and now it is time for another.

Why was Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) Superintendent Roy Truly not fingerprinted?
If we look at Commission Document (CD) 1136, we will see a letter, dated June 16, 1964, regarding the fingerprinting and palm printing of TSBD employees. It lists the following employees as having been printed.

The reason that these employees were printed was given as, “On June 12, 1964, Mr. Roy S. Truly advised that the employees listed above are the only persons in this building who would ordinarily handle the cartons located near the sixth-floor window.” (Ibid.) My first thought was, why is Eugene West on this list IF it was limited to people who would have touched cartons near the alleged Sniper's Nest (SN)? He wrapped mail and had nothing to do with cartons. Furthermore, he testified to NOT leaving the first floor on November 22, 1963.
Mr. BELIN - Were you ever on the second floor on November 22?
Mr. WEST - No, sir; I never did hardly ever leave the first floor. That is I just stayed there where all my work was, and I just stayed there.
Mr. BELIN - On November 22, did you ever leave the first floor?
Mr. WEST – No, sir; I never did leave the first floor.
So why was West printed? We then see the letter says, “Mr. Truly therefore requested that other employees not be fingerprinted.” (Ibid.) Why did Truly make this request? Why did he not want other employees printed? Why was he not printed himself as he obviously had access to the sixth floor as the superintendent of the building?
Especially when we read the final paragraph. “These fingerprints will be compared with the identifiable latent fingerprints and latent palm prints found on these cartons.” (Ibid.) Where was it written that only employees with access to the sixth floor could touch these cartons? Every employee should have been printed to make sure.
Finally, why is this letter not signed by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover (JEH) like all the others to the WC? Why is it not signed at all?
Can any WC defender answer these questions for me?
Again, we see evidence that shows a full investigation into the assassination of JFK was not conducted by the Dallas Police Department (DPD) and the WC, therefore it is not possible to say that their conclusion was correct. That means it is sunk again by their own evidence.
