The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) was the sole assassin of President John F. Kennedy (JFK) on November 22, 1963. They were firm in their statement that he had no assistance from anyone in this shooting as he was just a "loner."
This is impossible based on one thing alone -- the numerous accounts of people stating that JFK was going to be assassinated BEFORE he was. I have covered many of these cases of foreknowledge already in this series and it is time for another one.

This one occurred in Miami on November 1, 1963, at a location known as the "Parrot Jungle" which is a tourist attraction. Lillian Spingler worked in the gift shop located inside the Parrot Jungle and she notified the Miami office of the FBI about a man who visited the location on or about November 1. She would tell the FBI that he said things relating to a "Lee" and JFK that made her worried. Here are some details.

...This unidentified male made reference to President KENNEDY and "shooting between the eyes"; he remarked that he had a friend, who was American and a Marxist, who served in the Armed Forces, was a sharpshooter, and could speak several languages, including Russian. The unidentified male in one instance referred to this friend by the name "Lee" and remarked that his friend was either in Texas or Mexico at that time.
...The unidentified male is described as about 25-35 years of age, possibly Cuban, speaking English with an accent; he displayed an ability to write person's name with both hands simultaneously. He drove older model car, believed Chevrolet, with Florida license, white or light colored top, light green or blue bottom. (Commission Document (CD) 246, p. 1)

This sounds very much like the biography the WC provided us with for LHO. American, served in the Armed Forces, was a Marxist, was a sharpshooter (LHO's last rating while in the United States Marine Corps), and he could speak several languages including Russian. He also was in Texas (which LHO was) or Mexico (where LHO supposedly had been recently) and he was going to shoot JFK "between the eyes."
The unidentified male returned to the Parrot Jungle on December 10, 1963, and Spingler had seen this man leave the shop and get into a car. She went to her manager, William Vander Wyden, and asked him about the car that he got into. He went out and looked at it and told her the following.
Quote on
He said he told Mrs. SPINGLER the car in question was a Chevrolet. He said he recalled it to be about a 1955 to 1957 model Chevrolet with a light faded blue top and a dark, possibly blue, bottom. He stated that he did not observe any one in the car at the time, and in fact, he did not have a full view of the car because of the other cars parked there. He recalled that the car in which Mrs. SPINGLER was interested carried Dade County, Florida, license plate, that is one with a #1 prefix.
Mr. VANDER WYDEN stated he subsequently ascertained Mrs. SPINGLER was concerned over the fact the driver of the car in question, or at least the man she saw enter that car, might have had something to do with the assassination of President KENNEDY. (FBI 105-82555 Oswald HQ File, Section 59, p. 17; p. 13 in original)

It seems the man Spingler saw was with a man and a woman on December 10, and Vander Wyden thought he may have been acting illegally as a tourist guide. What made him jump to this conclusion is anyone's guess as it could equally be that this man brought others to the Parrot Jungle for either information or to get what was due for their help in the assassination. Why do I think this you may be asking? Because this man could not stay away from the Parrot Jungle.
Because of this, on March 6, 1964, Spingler was able to contact the Miami FBI office with more information about him.

On March 6, 1964, Mrs. LILLIAN SPINGLER, the Parrot Jungle employee who previously furnished the information concerning the afore-described unidentified male, contacted the Miami Office of the FBI to advise that the unidentified individual had returned to the Parrot Jungle on that date and was observed by her to drive a blue white Chevrolet bearing 1964 Florida license 1-143874. Mrs. SPINGLER said that Mrs. MARY TYSON, who operates the ticket booth at the Parrot Jungle and who speaks Spanish, ascertained that the unidentified man's last name was MARTINEZ.
Records of the Dade County, Florida, Automobile Registration Office reflect that 1964 Florida License 1-143874, was issued to JORGE SOTO MARTINEZ...for a 1954 Chevrolet four-door. (CD 829, pp. 2-3)

Now we have a name for the man who came into the Parrot Jungle on November 1, 1963, and mentioned a "Lee'' and the shooting of JFK. The FBI learned that Martinez worked at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach as a bellboy, had come to America in July 1960 on a visa and had been born in Havana, Cuba.
Later in March 1964, Martinez responded to a call left for him by the FBI and came into their office for an interview. You should know by now what was going to happen as we are over 500 articles in this series at this time. Think of the river near Cairo -- de-nile.

...He recalled the occasion on or about November 1, 1963, when he took tourists to the Parrot Jungle, and while there engaged in conversation with the employees in the gift shop and displayed his ability to write with both hands simultaneously. During interview, he exhibited this ability by writing his name, JORGE MARTINEZ, with both hands simultaneously.
Mr. MARTINEZ stated that he had no personal acquaintanceship with, or knowledge of, LEE HARVEY OSWALD. He said that if the Parrot Jungle that he had expressed an association or acquaintanceship with OSWALD, this misunderstanding on the part of the employee must have resulted from his poor pronunciation of English, and lack of grammatical correctness. He stated, in fact, he knew no one with the first name LEE, and was at a loss to understand how the employee might have obtained this misunderstanding. He said, likewise, he had no friend located either in Texas or Mexico, and that the incident of his having allegedly spoken in this sense was completely erroneous. (Ibid., 5)

What else did you expect him to say? "Yes, I was involved in the assassination of JFK." Of course he was going to deny ever saying what Spingler recalled, but shame on the FBI for just accepting that denial at face value. Spingler was so sure of what she heard that she involved her boss and the FBI. Who calls the FBI over something they are not sure about? Who works to get the license plate number of someone who said nothing of relevance? I don't know anyone who would do that.
Notice too how he used the term "personal acquaintanceship or knowledge" of LHO, but did he have to personally know LHO to have the information he mentioned at the Parrot Jungle? Of course not. This was just another evasion tactic.
He also denied saying the comment about shooting JFK between the eyes. He just denied everything, and the FBI helped him by spending the rest of the report (three-and-a-half pages) going over Martinez' biography instead of showing us the results they found while investigating him further. If they would have investigated Martinez 1/10th of the amount of time they had on Arnold Rowland (Dealey Plaza witness who said he saw a man with a rifle in the WEST window of the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building) we might have learned some key information. However, if someone said something to deny being involved in a conspiracy the FBI was ready to pack up and go home immediately.
If a witness or someone said something that pointed to a conspiracy there was an investigation (a real one too unlike the one they did for the assassination of JFK) on that person, but if they said something or denied saying something that prevented a conspiracy angle then the FBI took their word as gospel. This is seen throughout this massive case. It most definitely was a cover-up as there is no other explanation for this behavior. The FBI are a first-rate organization and can find anything that they WANT to find.
We again see a possible lead that could have taken us inside the conspiracy in some fashion was totally avoided by the FBI, therefore, the WC's conclusion cannot be correct when all leads were NOT checked out. This means their conclusion is sunk once more.
