"I have never been able to accept the official version of what happened on November 22, 1963, in Dallas to President Kennedy. I am not an "expert" by any means, but I have studied this crime for nearly forty years, first reading the Warren Report in a local library when I was 12. (1965) I have a degree in Criminal Justice and come from a long line of family members in the law enforcement community.
I now know beyond any doubt, that this crime was beyond the capability of any one person, Oswald or anyone else, and on THAT basis there WAS a conspiracy to assassinate President Kennedy. The re-enactments, with all the benefits given [to] the shooters, proved that NO ONE PERSON could have fired with the degree of accuracy and speed that was attributed to Oswald that day.
First[ly], the rifle was not fired IN THE CONDITION THAT IT WAS AT THE TIME OF THE CRIME.
Second[ly], the shooters did NOT SHOOT AT MOVING TARGETS.
Third[ly], the shooters were not FIRING FROM THE SAME HEIGHT AS THE CRIME SCENE, which means that the distance that the bullet had to travel was shorter than in Dealey Plaza and the trajectory was different as well.
Fourth Finally, the shooters were all rated EXPERTS [which is] the highest rating there is.
This was hardly a re-enactment at all, but rather a test to see if the crime could have been committed by one person. And it couldn't !! NOT ONE of the EXPERTS, shooting A REPAIRED GUN WITH A SHIMMED SIGHT, firing at STATIONARY TARGETS at a SHORTER DISTANCE (35 feet high compared to 60 feet high) could do what the government said Oswald did.
That proves that it simply COULD NOT have been done one person." -- Gil Jesus October 2002
