1. The North Knoll Sniper aka Jack Lawrence:
- Provided by Carlos Marcello, per Sam Giancana.
- Witnessed in action by Ed Hoffman.
Immediately after the shooting stopped, the north knoll sniper, dressed in “a black hat and a blue jacket" (not a police uniform), moved away from his firing position on the fence (as captured in a Moorman photo and the Zapruder film) and tossed the sniping rifle to the man in the "railroad shirt".
"Then he turned and straightened his jacket, adjusted his hat, and walked casually away." Per Ed Hoffman.
2. The Man In The Railroad Shirt aka Charles Harrelson:
- Provided by Carlos Marcello, per Sam Giancana.
- Witnessed in action by Ed Hoffman.
After receiving the rifle from Lawrence, Harrelson walked behind the electrical box next to the triple underpass bridge, tore down the sniping rifle, put it in a box, and walked off with it, as seen by Ed Hoffman. At this point I believe he handed the box off to Jack Ruby, who cleansed the murder weapon from the area, as witnessed by Tom Tilson, off-duty DPD
officer, and his daughter.
Harrelson moved to the train car at this time, where he wanted a cigarette but couldn't light one up due to the explosive military cargo.
3. The Secret Service Agent aka Bernard "Macho" Barker:
- Witnessed by Deputy Constable Seymour Weitzman and possibly DPD Officer Joe Marshall Smith, unless Smith confronted another person bearing Secret Service credentials.
Weitzman identifies Bernard Barker.

In April 1975 Michael Canfield visited Weitzman in a home for aged veterans.... Weitzman said he encountered a Secret Service agent in the parking lot who produced credentials and told him everything was under control. He described the man as being of medium height, dark hair and wearing a light windbreaker. Canfield showed him a photo of Sturgis and Barker. He immediately stated, 'Yes, that's him,' pointing to Bernard Barker.
From Coup d'état In America by Canfield and Weberman, 1975

Bernard Barker was later convicted in the 1970s Watergate scandal, which, like the JFK assassination, Richard Nixon was involved with. DPD Officer Joe Smith confronts a "Secret Service" man also.
<begin quote>
There was some deputy sheriff with me and I believe one Secret Service man when I got there. I got to make this statement, too. I felt awfully silly but after the shot and this woman, I pulled my pistol from my holster, and I thought, this is silly. I don't know who I am looking for, and I put it back. Just as I did, he showed me that he was a Secret Service agent.

If Barker had dirty fingernails and hands that looked like a mechanics that day, perhaps he got them dirty working under the hood of the pickup truck Ruby had parked on Elm the morning of the assassination. Of Ruby, Oswald, Lawrence, Harrelson, and Barker, if all were in the area when the pickup was parked on Elm, which would have been the mechanic?

- Provided by Richard Nixon? Perhaps Nixon thought he was President of the USA and Barker was one of his Secret Service agents?
