The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) assassinated President John F. Kennedy (JFK) on November 22, 1963. The protection of the president was the duty of the Secret Service (SS), and as we have seen previously in this series they failed miserably in their duty.
The purpose of this post is to look at Commission Exhibit (CE) 1024 which is a series of statements made by the SS personnel who were assigned to the protection detail of JFK on November 22.
********************************************
SS Agent Samuel Kinney was driving the follow-up car behind the presidential limousine. We have seen previously in this series where SS Agent William Greer, driver of the presidential limousine, said that he sped up after the second shot. This is not what is seen in the Zapruder film however.
Kinney would write something in his statement that would show that this was false.

I saw one shot strike the President in the right side of the head. The President then fell to the seat to the left towards Mrs. Kennedy. At this time I stepped on the siren and gas peddel[sic] at the same time. Agent Greer driving the President’s car did the same . (CE 1024, p. 731)

This statement by Kinney confirms that there was no speeding up until AFTER the head shot. Kinney was driving the car behind the limousine so he certainly would know when the motorcade began to speed up.
Why did Greer not speed up before the head shot? Why didn't he speed up at the sound of the first shot? These are questions that needed answering, but it has never happened.
SS Agent Emory Roberts November 22, 1963, original report states something very interesting.

I could not determine from what direction the shots came, but felt they had come from the right side.
I immediately asked everyone on car to look to see if they could determine where the shots came from,--no one seemed to know. (CE 1024, p. 739)

This is amazing. The SS agents riding in the follow-up car all claimed to have no idea where the shots had originated from. How did they ever expect to protect JFK when they supposedly were unable to even determine where shots were coming from?
This is very important as it proves that the Dallas Police Department (DPD) and the WC simply employed circular reasoning to reach their conclusion. They said because the alleged murder weapon, which had no tie to LHO based on the evidence, was found on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) Building then that is where the shots must have come from despite numerous witnesses (which included police and SS agents) saying otherwise.
SS Agent Clint Hill’s most important statement would be in regards to the wound that he observed in JFK’s head.

As I lay over the top of the back seat I noticed a portion of the President's head on the right rear side was missing and he was bleeding profusely. Part of his brain was gone. I saw a part of his skull with hair on it lying in the seat. (CE 1024, p. 742)

Clint Hill was very close to JFK when he observed the wound to his head, and he clearly said that it was located in the right rear of the skull. This single handedly destroys the conclusion of the WC as an exit wound to the right rear of the skull would preclude a shot from behind.
This is why the WC just ignored his statement as it did not match their preconceived conclusion. Hill said that when he first reached the limousine Jackie Kennedy said, “They’ve shot his head off.” (Ibid.) When you combine this with Governor John B. Connally’s (JBC) statement of “They're gonna kill us all” you get the picture that those in the limousine could tell more than one rifle was being fired at them.
Hill again viewed the body of JFK after the autopsy up close and noted the wounds as follows.

At approximately 2:45 a.m., November 23, I was requested by ASAIC Kellerman to come to the morgue to once again view the body. When I arrived the autopsy had been completed and ASAIC Kellerman, SA Greer, General McHugh and I viewed the wounds. I observed a wound about six inches down from the neckline on the back just to the right of the spinal column. I observed another wound on the right rear portion of the skull. (CE 1024, pp. 744-745)

The description of the two wounds he provides differs dramatically from what the WC would claim later on. It also illustrates what a sham the autopsy was as they claimed that the wounds matched what the WC claimed. How could Hill see them where he did post-autopsy if they weren't there during the autopsy? Obviously he couldn't.
Hill's comments about the wounds seen on JFK’s body again shows that the official conclusion is false. How many times have we seen this in this long running series? Too many to count.
SS Agent William McIntyre makes a very interesting observation which again destroys the official narrative.

The Presidential vehicle was approximately 200 feet from the underpass when the first shot was fired, followed in quick succession by two more. I would estimate that all three shots were fired within 5 seconds. After the second shot, I looked at the President and witnessed his being struck in the head by the third and last shot. Notice how he says that the two final shots came in “quick succession”. He wasn't the only witness to say this either. LHO firing a bolt-action rifle couldn't accomplish this if he was taking the time to aim as well.
The part that kills the official narrative is where he says that all three shots were fired within 5 seconds. Because even the WC wrote this in the it report.

This means that it took 4.6 seconds to recycle the bolt at least, but LHO's proficiency with the rifle was never established. Heck, the WC never showed via evidence of LHO had anything to do with CE 139 let alone be proficient with it.
4.6 seconds also doesn't include re-sighting a moving target and aiming as well. It would be nearly impossible for a single shooter to fire three shots within 5 seconds and be deadly accurate.
The failure of the WC to question, let alone investigate, any of this is indicative of a cover-up. The WC repeatedly ignored anything that did not point to LHO committing the crimes that he was accused of alone, thus, their conclusion cannot be correct and therefore is sunk.
