How could Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) shoot at General Edwin A. Walker (EAW) when he left his home with NO rifle?
In CE 1401 we see the following comment by Marina Oswald.

She stated Oswald did not have the rifle with him when he returned to the house. She also advised that Oswald to her knowledge did NOT take the rifle with him when he left the house that evening. (CE 1401, p. 756) (Emphasis added)

So how did he shoot at EAW then? We also know via Marina that LHO did NOT practice with his alleged rifle, so how did he plan on hitting anything IF he did shoot at someone?

Marina was asked if she knew if Oswald ever practiced at a target range or a public place. She said that she did NOT know that he HAD so practiced and DOUBTED if he had because of his SECRETIVE nature. (CE 1156, p. 197) (Emphasis added)

We do not have any evidence that shows LHO ever owned a rifle to practice with. Also, the legend would become he “buried” his rifle after shooting at EAW, but the weapon was allegedly seen on Easter Sunday after this event and it was clean. How could that be when NO cleaning supplies were ever found among LHO’s belongings? This is just another question the WC defenders can’t answer.
Again, if he did NOT take “his” rifle that evening when he left (4/10/63) according to Marina, how did he shoot at EAW? Can any WC defender answer this for me?
