1) Why did Officer J.M. Poe take/get the name of Helen Markham, but NOT the person who gave him the two .38 shells?
If we go to Jim Leavelle Exhibit A, page 500, we will see the following excerpts from a report he did on the murder of J.D. Tippit (JDT).

Office Poe had given me the name of a woman who was an eyewitness to the shooting. Her name was Helen Markham of 328 E. 9th Street, a waitress at the Eat Well Café on Main Street…Officer Poe also told me someone had picked up two empty .38 hulls from the street and given them to him, BUT HE DID KNOW WHO IT WAS. (Jim Leavelle Exhibit A, p. 500) (Emphasis mine)

Doesn’t this seem a bit odd to you? Look at the information Poe supposedly got on Markham, the WC’s “star witness”, including where she worked! Then look at what he got for the person who found two hulls supposedly used in the shooting of a fellow officer. Does this seem consistent and normal to you? How do you NOT get the information for this witness? Could it be it did NOT either happen the way we are told or was it due to him turning in .38 AUTOMATIC shells? You will have to decide for yourselves on this one.
2) Why did LHO have NO billfold on him per the Dallas Police Department (DPD)?
The claim was made that a wallet was taken from Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) when he was arrested, but if we go to the document that shows what was really on him we WON’T see it. Go to CE-1148 and look.
historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh22/pages/WH_Vol22_0104b.gif
Why is the wallet/billfold NOT listed? Didn’t they supposedly find the Selective Service Card in it? How could they find anything in it when it is NOT listed as being on LHO? Notice a few other things too. Like the paycheck stub from “American Bakeries Company” which dated back to August 22 or August 27, 1960! Why on earth would he be carrying this around in November 1963? Especially with NO wallet!
Notice the small box top marked “Cox’s, Forth Worth”. What was this? Did anyone check it out? I doubt it. What was this place? Does anyone know?
We see NO wallet listed, and yet, the DPD claimed they NOT only took one off of him but it contained a Selective Service Card bearing the name “Alek Hidell” that would perfectly match the name the FBI said ordered a Mannlicher-Carcano in March 1963.
3) Why did the WC keep referring to LHO as being a Communist when their OWN evidence shows he was NEVER a member of the Communist Party?
As we saw in the testimony of Frances Knight (State Dept.) there was NO evidence showing LHO ever joined a Communist party.
Mr. COLEMAN. Would you look at category K, and I would like to ask you whether the information which was in the file on Mr. Oswald, including the FBI reports, which were in the file of June 1963, should have caused Oswald to be put in category K?
Miss KNIGHT. No; I don't think so.
Mr. DULLES. Could you read category K?
Miss KNIGHT. Yes; certainly. "K" is "Known or suspected Communist or subversive". And "does not include those falling within categories O and P".
Senator COOPER. The point I am making is, am I correct or are you correct, when you say at the time Oswald's passport was either issued or renewed to make the trip to Mexico City, that there was no evidence in his files of any kind which would indicate that he was a member of a Communist organization?
Miss KNIGHT. No, sir; there was nothing in the file.
As we see he NEVER joined the Communist party, but the WC kept calling him a Communist. Why? Especially when further evidence exists in their twenty-six volumes! If we go to CE 1070, page 20 we will see this comment on the first page.

Based on information received in 1961, 1963 and again in testimony (Knight) in 1964 we see LHO was NEVER A MEMBER OR AFFILITED with the Communist Party so why did the WC and the Media constantly act like he was? Again, we see the WC had a bad habit of IGNORING THEIR OWN EVIDENCE to reach their pre-conceived conclusion.
4) Why did the WC say LHO took a bus to Mexico City when their OWN evidence showed he did NOT?
It is again sadly true. IF we go to CE 1143 you will see evidence that LHO NEVER purchased a ticket for Mexico. On page 155 we see the following:

historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh22/pages/WH_Vol22_0093a.gif

historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh24/pages/WH_Vol24_0321b.gif
On March 31, 1964, GILBERTO LOZANO GUIZAR, manager of the Mexico City terminal of the Transportes Frontera bus company, Calle Buenavista No. 7, Mexico, D.F., emphatically advised that the original passenger list of manifest relating to departure No. 2 of bus No. 340 on October 2, 1963, of the Transportes Frontera bus company, is an authentic record of data pertaining to that particular trip.. . . . .
He advised that officers of the Presidential Staff appeared at the bus terminal shortly after the assassination of President KENNEDY, seeking to review passenger lists of the bus company for early October, 1963, and it was found at that time that the completed block of forms for most of the month of October, 1963, which included the above described passenger list, was still in the baggage room at the terminal prior to being discarded. He stated he had torn the October 2, 1963 manifest from the block of forms and furnished it to one of the officers. LOZANO advised that one Lieutenant ARTURO BOSCH, an investigator of the Presidential Staff, had reviewed the above manifest.
***LOZANO expressed the opinion that ARTURO BOSCH had filled in the blanks in ink at the top of the form as to the time, destination, trip number, bus number, and date, and had crossed out the date 'November 1', replacing it with the notation 'October 2' which appeared on the manifest. . .***
***LOZANO stated the hand-printed notation appearing at the bottom of the manifest, 'Driver, DIONISIO REYNA, FCO. SAUCEDO,' was also filled in by BOSCH.***
LOZANO advised that there definitely was only one section of bus No. 340 which departed Mexico City at 1:00 pm on October 2, 1963, en route to Monterrey, Mexico, and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. ***He explained that the notation 'Departure 2' appearing on the top of the manifest, which he believed BOSCH had filled out, merely indicated the second departure of a Transportes Frontera bus on that particular day, October 2, 1963.*** The first departure of one of their buses on that day from the Mexico City terminal occurred at 9:00 am with the terminal point being Monterrey, Mexico. He stated the second departure of a Transportes Frontera bus from the Mexico City terminal on October 2, 1963, was the departure at 1:00 pm with the terminal point being Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and the passengers on this bus were recorded on the above-mentioned manifest of October 2,1963. He stated there were three other departures on that day from the Mexico City terminal, the third departure having occurred at 3:30 pm with the terminal point being Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico; the fourth departure having occurred at 9:00 pm with terminal point at Nuevo Laredo; and the fifth departure at 10:00 pm with terminal point being Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. LOZANO advised the only bus operating on their line which would have arrived at Nuevo Laredo between the hours of 12:00 am and 8:00 am on October 3, 1963, is bus No. 340, which departed from the Mexico City terminal at 1:00 pm on October 2, 1963.
This shows the authorities were aware of the FACT that the manifest for DEPARTURE was filled out POST ASSASSINATION by a WC investigator as he USED A NOVEMBER LOG TO write on!
NOW for the arrival manifest!
He (ALEJANDRO SAUCEDO) recalled that shortly after the assassination of President JOHN F. KENNEDY two investigators, whom he described as being with the "Policia Federal Judicial" (Federal Judicial Police), appeared at the Flecha Roja terminal, Mexico, D.F., and requested the original passenger list of bus No. 516 of September 26, 1963, for review. SAUCEDO remembered that the two investigators examined the passenger lists, filed by dates, in a storeroom at the offices of the Flecha Roja bus terminal and found the original copy for the pertinent date and borrowed same. He could not recall the names of the investigators or the exact date they appeared at the office.
SAUCEDO now recalled clearly that these two investigators, whom he could only describe as being "in their thirties," had the duplicate copy of the passenger list which apparently had been at the Flecha Roja bus terminal office in Nuevo Laredo when the trip for September 26, 1963, began.
The investigators stated they wanted the original list because the duplicated copy was not completely legible.
SAUCEDO stated they had the original and duplicate copy of the passenger manifest for Flecha Roja bus No. 516 for September 26, 1963, when they left.
SAUCEDO stated the investigators did exhibit to him government credentials, agency not recalled, and advised they were interested
only in finding the passenger list for the incoming trip of bus No. 516 on September 26, 1963. When SAUCEDO asked them if they were interested in locating a departure trip, they stated they were not, explaining they had just been at the bus terminal of Transportes
Frontera in Mexico, D.F., where They had located the passenger list for L. H. OSWALD'S departure from Mexico. . . . . .
During this search and review, an untied, loose bundle dated October 5, 1963, was located thrown aside in a cardboard box on the floor of the storage room outside the bin area. This bundle was reviewed and found to include passenger lists for dates September 21, 1963 to October 5, 1963, but no passenger list for bus No. 516 for September 26, 1963 was found.
The information hereinunder was furnished by T-13:
On March 24, 1963, Captain FERNANDO GUTIERREZ BARRIOS, Assistant Director of the Mexican Federal Security Police (DFS), advised that his agency had conduced no investigation in connection with the travel in Mexico of LEE HARVEY OSWALD; and did not have in its possession any passenger lists from any bus lines . . . . . As we can see, the bus manifest to and from Mexico City was forged, and admittedly so. So why did the WC continue to rely on it as if it were accurate and true to reach their conclusion?
5) Who was the man who fired a shot in Mrs. Lovell Penn’s pasture?
This incident occurred on October 6, 1963, and she contacted the FBI regarding it since she recovered a shell. This seems very important, but NOT to the FBI or WC I guess. All we get is one TINY paragraph denoted CE 2448.

On December 6, 1963, Mrs. Lovell T. Penn, Belt Line Road, Cedar Hill, Texas, advised that she had located one spent shell which had been fired in her pasture on October 6, 1963, by the man she thought MIGHT HAVE BEEN Oswald. Mrs. Penn made this shell available. (CE 2448, p. 588)

The FBI would receive the shell along with other ballistic evidence on December 4, 1963, via Special Agent David Barry. We learn about this from CE 3049 on page 2 of the original report (page 601 of Volume XXVI).
Here is that report.
CE 3049:

The FBI would give more information about this shell in a memorandum that contained no name or signature. It would say the following about the shell found in Penn's pasture.[/b]
Quote on
The cartridge case, Q231, is a 6.5 mm Mannlicher-Carcano cartridge case. …As a result of this examination, it was determined that Q231 could not have been fired from Oswald's rifle. This is based on differences in firing pin and breach face marks.

First of all, there is no evidence that shows that CE 139 was ever linked to LHO or the assassination so this comment is erroneous. Secondly, if it wasn't LHO firing the shot in Penn's pasture then who was it?
This would seem important to me, so why did the WC make NO issue of it? Could it be it was NOT LHO? That would seem to be the likely version given the scant attention the WC gave it.
Who was out shooting in Mrs. Penn’s pasture in early October?
Again, all of these questions have answers that sink the WC’s conclusion.

The FBI would give more information about this shell in a memorandum that contained no name or signature. It would say the following about the shell found in Penn's pasture.[/b]
