It is time for more questions the Warren Commission (WC) defenders WON’T/CAN’T answer or refute because the WC’s own evidence in the twenty-six volumes does NOT support their claim/conclusion.
*******************************************
1) IF Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) was the ONLY shooter, and the evidence pointed to this, why was District Attorney Henry Wade quoted as saying OTHERS were involved?
This is from the November 23, 1963, edition of the Dallas Morning News.

“…preliminary reports [i.e. NON-Hoover reports], said Wade, indicated that MORE THAN ONE PERSON was involved in the SHOOTING..” (Dallas Morning News, 11/23/63, p. 1) (Emphasis mine)

This is a big statement, and it shows the Dallas Police Department (DPD) and the District Attorney’s (DA) office thought more than one person was involved in the assassination before they were told to stand down and go with just one “lone nut.” What led them to believe this? Obviously, one would assume EVIDENCE did, so why did they change their mind so fast? As we saw in #112 of this series the DPD hardly ran down every lead (Ditto the FBI) so what made them change their mind so fast about others being involved?
Can any WC defender answer this?
2) IF LHO shot J.D. Tippit (JDT) with a revolver as claimed by the DPD, FBI and WC, why did the DPD broadcast something TOTALLY DIFFERENT on the day of the shooting?
If we go to CE-1974, a FBI report on DPD transmission, dated 8/11/64, and turn to page 870 (page 78 of report) we will see the following comment.

For the WC defenders/rewriters of history, who say that Hill made a “mistake” this shows he did NOT make a mistake. He clearly says based on the SHELL AT THE SCENE (that he obviously examined) the suspect is armed with an automatic .38 RATHER THAN A PISTOL. He didn’t have to say “rather than a pistol" IF he was unsure as the WC defenders claim now. Automatic and revolver shells look very differently so a man with many years of experience would NOT make a mistake like this anyway, but if he couldn’t tell the difference by sight he had a backup—they were marked with words like “AUTO” and “.38 Special” to help him out.
The FACT he said “rather than a pistol" shows us his later on comments about confusing the shells were a bunch of baloney. He even tried to blame this “mistake” on the way the shells were laying. What this has to do with anything is beyond me as he was given two shells already FOUND by Domingo Benavides and handed to him by Officer Poe.
Mr. HILL. …And he said they had just told him on channel 2 that he was dead. I got back in 105's car, went back around to the original scene, gave him his car keys back, and left his ear there, and at this point he came up to me with a Winston cigarette package.
Mr. BELIN. Who was this?
Mr. HILL. This was Poe.
Mr. BELIN. You went back to 400 East 10th Street?
Mr. HILL. Right. And Poe showed me a Winston cigarette package that contained three spent jackets from shells that he said a citizen had pointed out to him where the suspect had reloaded his gun and dropped these in the grass, and that the citizen had picked them up and put them in the Winston package.
I told Poe to maintain the chain of evidence as small as possible, for him to retain these at that time, and to be sure and mark them for evidence, and then turn them over to the crime lab when he got there, or to homicide.
Based on this testimony, given in 1964, he is acting like he NEVER looked at the shells in the Winston package, but his TRANSMISSION belies this claim as he would NOT have used the words he used IF he had NOT looked at the shells. Also, note how he got the NUMBER OF SHELLS in the package wrong! He testified to there being THREE spent jackets in the package when there was ONLY two per the WC! Why did Belin NOT correct him or ask about this?
Who was the person who gave him the description that was broadcasted anyway?
(The first man that came up to me, he said, "The man that shot him was a white male about 5'10", weighing 160 to 170 pounds, had on a Jacket and a pair of dark trousers, and brown bushy hair.")
Mr. BELIN. Now, let me interrupt you here, sergeant. Do you remember the name of the person that gave you the description?
Mr. HILL. No. I turned him over to Poe, and I didn't even get his name.
Again, as in the alleged Howard Brennan situation of providing the description of the John F. Kennedy (JFK) shooter that was broadcasted at 12:45 p.m., we see that Hill did NOT BOTHER TO GET THE NAME OF THE MAN THAT GAVE HIM THE DESCRIPTION FOR THE JDT SHOOTER!
Did all police procedures GO OUT THE WINDOW on 11/22/63 or what? Notice too that he said the “first MAN” came up to him as we have seen the comment about “bushy hair” solely placed with Helen Markham over the years, but here he says a man, whose name he did NOT bother to get, said the shooter had bushy hair too! LHO did NOT have bushy hair so that alone would exonerate him in the shooting.
It is clear from the evidence in the WC’s own volumes that LHO did NOT shoot JDT, so why did they claim he did? Can any WC defender answer this question?
3) Why did LHO possibly have J. Edgar Hoover’s (JEH) secretary’s name in his notebook?
This was first brought to our attention by Mark North in his book Act of Treason that looked at JEH’s involvement in the murder of JFK. If we go to LHO’s address book (CE-18) and turn to page 64 we will see the following written.

I have to guess at a few things because while the WC saw fit to TYPE OUT the writing for us on silly things like songs they did NOT do it here. Why? As Mark North said in his book on page 340, JEH’s secretary was named HELEN GANDY! Was LHO important enough to have access to her? We can’t just write this off (as someone did in the address book by putting a line through her name) as we see mention of Hosty right below the name so we know this page was devoted to FBI information.
Can any WC defender answer why LHO would have JEH’s private secretary’s name in his address book?
4) Why did the WC “gag” the DPD from discussing the evidence AFTER LHO was dead?
In King exhibit 4, galley proof of speech made by Captain Glen King, DPD Press Officer, before the American Society of Newspaper Editors, we will see this on page 453.

I should also explain to you at the outset that I am appearing here under certain limitations. INVESTIGATIONS into the assassination and the events which followed it are continuing. It has been indicated to the police department in Dallas the Warren Commission PREFERS THAT WE NOT COMMENT on certain areas of this investigation and on certain aspects of the evidence we have. (Captain Glen King, DPD Press Officer, before the American Society of Newspaper Editors, April 1964, King Exhibit 4, p. 453) (Emphasis mine)

First of all, what did he mean by “investigations”, i.e. PLURAL, were still going on? From what I have read we really only see ONE "investigation" going on—and that pertained strictly to showing LHO was the ONLY guilty party! What other investigations were going on?
Secondly, who were the WC to gag the DPD when the accused was already dead? Why was the WC afraid to have him mention the evidence or the way the "investigation" was being conducted when NO trial was going to take place? NOT only were they denying the media information, but also the AMERICAN PEOPLE did NOT get a better look at these areas too. IF LHO was guilty as claimed, and the evidence showed this, then the WC should NOT have an any issue with him discussing it with the editors of the newspaper, but they did! That tells me all I need to know. The WC knew they had shoddy evidence and that if the media looked at it then it would crumble.
There is NO other reason for this action by the WC, but I will give the WC defenders a chance to tell me of other reasons.
We again see the claims of the WC are incorrect by their OWN evidence, thus, their conclusion is sunk again!
