It is time for more questions the Warren Commission (WC) defenders CAN’T/WON’T respond to with a non-conspiratorial answer.
*********************************
1) IF there was a palm print of Lee Harvey Oswald’s found on the alleged murder weapon (CE-139) on the day of the assassination (as claimed by the WC and Lt. Day), how could the Deputy Chief of the Dallas Police Department (DPD) NOT know about it?
IF we go to Commission Exhibit (CE) 2167 we will see an interview the Deputy Chief did with Bob Clark of WFAA-TV on Saturday morning (11/23/63). It states in it that Deputy Chief M. W. Stevenson had been on duty ALL NIGHT, thus, he should be in a position to know about any evidence that developed that day and during the early hours of 11/23/63, but when asked about prints he said this.

Q. Could you tell us whether there where any fingerprints found on that rifle?
STEVENSON. To my knowledge, I DON’T KNOW. (Emphasis mine)

So we see as of the morning of 11/23/63 the DPD still had NO idea about any prints on the alleged murder weapon! How does this jive with Lt. Day’s claim that he found the palm print on 11/22/63? There were several ridge formations seen near the trigger housing, but they were NOT identifiable, so they are irrelevant to this discussion. The ONLY print that was traced, allegedly, to LHO was the palm print and here we see the man in CHARGE during the late night and early morning of the day after the assassination saying he is NOT aware of ANY PRINTS being found on the rifle.
Again, we see the claims of the WC seem to be sunk by their OWN evidence.
2) Is it just another coincidence that Jack Ruby’s roommate and employee ate where one of the WC’s star witnesses worked?
We know from Helen Markham’s testimony that she worked at the Eat Well Restaurant as a waitress.
Mr. BALL. Where do you work now?
Mrs. MARKHAM. Eat Well Restaurant, 1404 Main Street, Dallas, Tex.
Mr. BALL. Were you working there on November 22, 1963?
Mrs. MARKHAM. I was.
We see that Ruby’s roommate, George Senator, admitted in his WC testimony to going there.
Mr. GRIFFIN. Any particular place that you eat at regularly?
Mr. SENATOR. Yes.
Mr. GRIFFIN. Where?
Mr. SENATOR. I had a hangout. The Eat Well. There is three places that I normally went to. Eat Well, I always went there every morning, even on Sunday, and then the Chefette. Down where the Chefette is in the Hotel Adolphus and then the Walgren also in the Hotel Adolphus. Those are the three places I normally was always in.
We see that Senator not only went to the Eat Well restaurant, but that it was a HANGOUT of his that he went to every morning including Sundays! The spelling would be altered slightly for LaVerne Crafard’s testimony, but he went there too.
Mr. HUBERT. You did have a girl you went out with you used to meet at the Eatwell?
Mr. CRAFARD. One of the girls who worked for Jack.
Mr. HUBERT. Did you have a girl who worked at the Eatwell Restaurant that you dated?
Mr. CRAFARD. No, sir.
Mr. HUBERT. But you did go to the Eatwell Restaurant on Main Street, I think it was?
Mr. CRAFARD. It was on Commerce.
Mr. HUBERT. Commerce.
Mr. CRAFARD. I went there most of the time for my meals. It was, meals were cheap, nice place to go to, it was close, and I sat around there and joked with the girls and the one guy who worked in there I got acquainted with him a little bit.
Despite Mr. Crafard’s bad memory for addresses he too went there and “hanged out” there quite a bit. Some have said Jack Ruby went there as well, but there is nothing in his WC testimony to confirm this. We did see that the WC asked Crafard about this though.
Mr. GRIFFIN. Do you remember the two fellows who ran the Eatwell Restaurant?
Mr. CRAFARD. Not too well.
Mr. GRIFFIN. Were there a couple of older men?
Mr. CRAFARD. One older man that worked behind the counter in the evenings.
Mr. GRIFFIN. Did Jack also eat at the Eatwell?
Mr. CRAFARD. He didn't eat there when I was there with him, after I went to work for him. I understood the guy knew Jack real well, in fact he got in the habit of calling me Jack Ruby, Jr., or Little Ruby, in a kind of teasing manner. He was a very friendly person.
This shows that at least one of the owners knew Jack pretty well as he was kidding Crafard about being a “Jack Ruby, Jr.”. It also shows Ruby COULD HAVE eaten there before Crafard joined his club. This puts him in proximity of Helen Markham and the shooting of J.D. Tippit (JDT) was near Ruby’s apartment.
Is this just another coincidence?
3) IF LHO fired his alleged rifle from the SIXTH floor of the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) as the WC claimed, why did a DPD dispatch say that empty hulls were found on the THIRD floor and that it appeared someone had been there for sometime?
If we go to CE-705, page 467, we will see the following.

We can easily tell who sent this transmission by the number.
Mr. BELIN. Now, on this radio log, Sawyer's Deposition Exhibit A, do you notice your number there for any calls at all that might have come in? What number did you use?
Mr. SAWYER. I used No. 9. That is my regular call No. 9.
We see this transmission is tied to Inspector Herbert Sawyer of the DPD. NOTE that it says THIRD FLOOR in this transmission. This is important as it would CHANGE later on to another floor, but still NOT the sixth floor! In Sawyer Ex. B we see a report was drawn up by Sgt. G.D. Henelee (Radio Dispatcher) to Chief Curry and it states this on the final page:

Next to this transmission is the name “Sawyer” so we see it is still him. Why did the finding of the empty rifle hulls move from the THIRD to the FIFTH floor though? What caused this change? Who knows as Sawyer was never questioned about the transmission regarding the third floor, but he was about the one regarding the fifth floor. Here is that exchange.
Mr. BELIN. Now looking down on this log until the next time your number appears, is 1:12 p.m. What does that say?
Mr. SAWYER. "We have found empty rifle hulls on the fifth floor and from all indications the man had been there for some time."
Mr. BELIN. Then is there anything else?
Mr. SAWYER. This was reported to me by somebody inside the building.
Who was this person INSIDE THE BUILDING telling him that shells were found on the FIFTH floor? Who told him that hulls were found on the THIRD floor?
Can any WC defender answer these questions in a NON-conspiratorial manner?
IF NOT, then we have more claims by the WC sunk by their OWN evidence, and therefore, their conclusion is sunk too.
