It is time for more questions the Warren Commission (WC) defenders CAN’T/WON’T answer because the evidence is NOT on their side.
*****************************
1) IF the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) was the known location of the shots as the WC, and its defenders, claim, why was it NOT secured until 1:35 p.m.?
That is an hour and five minutes AFTER THE SHOTS WERE FIRED! We know this time is correct because in Commission Exhibit (CE) 1974 (Dallas Police Department—DPD radio transmissions) on page 924 we see this:
Quote on
historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh23/pages/WH_Vol23_0478b.gif
Dispatcher (Henslee) Attention: motorcycle escort with 1 (Chief of Police Jesse Curry)—attract as little attention possible, continue advising the escort to cut the siren. 1:35 p.m.
9 (Inspector Sawyer) I have been out of the car. Have you been trying to contact me?
Dispatcher (Henslee) Did you get that information. Did the motor jockey give you the information about the building?
9 (Inspector Sawyer) It’s being secured NOW. (Emphasis mine)

We see from this despite claims that it was secured rapidly and that Baker knew shots came from there we see it took OVER AN HOUR to secure the building! Why? This could have allowed an assassin in a wheelchair plenty of time to get away. Can any WC defender explain why the securing of the supposed crime scene took so long to secure? In the same CE-1974 we see this transmission shortly after the shots were fired.

142 (Patrolman C.A. Haygood) I just talked to a guy up here who was standing close to it and the best he could tell it came from Texas School Book Depository Building here with that Hertz Renting sign on top.
Dispatcher (Henslee) 10-4. Get his name, address, telephone number there—all the information you can from him. 12:35 p.m.

This is interesting for several reasons. Firstly, because it was sent out a HOUR before the Sawyer one and shows the TSBD was being considered, but it still took an HOUR more to secure it. Why?
Secondly, notice the instruction to GET ALL OF THE WITNESS’S PERSONAL INFORMATION! Why in the case of Brennan and other key witnesses in this case do we see this NOT happening IF it happened the way it was claimed to have happened? Getting personal information is standard police procedure in all cases, but in this one it seems to have gone out the window at key times. Why?
Can any WC defender answer these questions?
2) Why was Deputy Chief N.T. Fisher’s question ignored?
In CE-1974 on page 913 we see the following:
Quote on
historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh23/pages/WH_Vol23_0473a.gif
4 (Deputy Chief of Police N. T. Fisher) We have THOSE canine units in THAT vicinity, don’t we? (Emphasis mine)

As far as I can see NO one responded to him or acknowledged his message. Why NOT? What could these K-9 units have “sniffed” out? We will never know because NO one seemed to pay attention to his question. Can any WC defender explain why NOT?
3) Why was traffic allowed to use Elm Street after the assassination when it should have been treated as a crime scene?
Again, in CE-1974 on pages 913 and 914 we see the following:

190 Do you still want me to hold this traffic on Stemmons until we find out something?
15/2 (Capt. J.M. Souter) Captain advises have all emergency equipment –have 283 cut the traffic at HINES AND INDUSTRIAL. Have all emergency units on south Industrial.
531 (Sgt. G.D. Henslee) 263, Cut traffic Hines and Industrial.
Dispatcher (Henslee) Attention: Do NOT use INDUSTRIAL Blvd. 12:36 p.m. (Emphasis mine)

Nowhere do you see them saying to seal off Houston and Elm Streets. Why? Can any WC defender tell me why traffic was allowed to use Elm so soon after the shooting? Wouldn’t that be considered a crime scene in most cases?
4) What plane was going to crash?
Again, in CE-1974 we find this nugget. On page 905 we see the following transmissions:
Quote on
historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh23/pages/WH_Vol23_0469a.gif
Dispatcher (Sgt. Henslee) 39 (Patrolman Butcher & Comer), would you stay on channel 2. We have ANOTHER alert 2 (standby for a potential airplane CRASH problem at Love Field), did you know it?
39 No.
5 (Dep. Chief of Police Lumpkin) What was it?
Dispatcher (Henslee) An alert 2 (standby for a potential airplane CRASH problem at Love Field).
Dispatcher (Henslee) 5 (Lumpkin) it has been tapped out – the plane is down. 10:15 a.m. KKB-364 (Emphasis mine)

First of all, when did the FIRST alert 2 go out? I don’t know, does anyone else know this? Secondly, what plane was in danger of CRASHING on the morning of 11/22/63 at Love Field? Finally, what does the transmission that said “it has been tapped out—the plane is down” mean?
Can any WC defender (or anyone else) answer these questions?
We again see evidence that disputes the claims of the WC, thus, their conclusion is sunk again.
