One of my biggest problems with the Warren Commission (WC) is that it was not set up as a true fact-finding entity. It later became obvious they started with a predetermined conclusion. When facts and testimony did not support their conclusions, they moved on and either disregarded it, or tried to change it. A perfect example of this is the story of Victoria Adams (“The Girl on the Stairs” by Barry Ernest). Another example is the story of Buell Wesley Frazier. He was a young man at the time and he drove Oswald to work that day. The package Oswald brought to work was too small and light to carry the rifle. However, the Dallas police and later on the WC, did not like Wes’s description. At one point, the Dallas police threatened Wesley with arrest and also physical violence.
Another example of the WC interrogation approach is described in the following video of Ron Fischer (begins at 14:15). This is from Vince Palamara’s excellent group of YOUTUBE videos. Ron (26 in age at the time) was in Dealey Plaza and witnessed the assassination. He also saw a man in the wide open window of the School Book Depository. Give this a listen.
