This single detail made me realize there is more to the JFK assassination case than we know. Right after the assassination, many people ran from the south side of Elm to the north side and up towards the picket fence at the Grassy Knoll. These people felt gunshots came from there and actually ran towards the gun fire. One of the first people to arrive there, was police officer Joe Smith. Once he arrived, he was turned back by a man with a secret service badge and told “I got this area secure”. Malcom summers also went to the same general area and was turned back by a man with a gun under his raincoat. He was told “don’t come up here or you could get shot”. These men were never accounted for. No agents were stationed in this area.
I encourage you to watch this interview of Malcolm Summers as he describes the event in his own words.
In my mind, I try to challenge this and ask, “What legitimate reason would these two people have to prevent the movement of a police officer and another person from getting behind the fence within seconds of the assassination?” I cannot come up with anything.
