The Warren Commission (WC) claimed that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) was the sole assassin of President John F. Kennedy (JFK) and that he was a loner, but they never explained why a loner was married and had two children at the time of his death, however. That would seem to be the opposite of what a loner was.
The WC was famous for this as they would claim something, but their own evidence would show the exact opposite actually occurred. This happens when you are just making things up like the WC was. Their refusal to write what their own evidence showed proves that they covered up the truth regarding what actually happened on November 22, 1963, and this means there was a conspiracy.
We will look at two people that were very close to LHO in the year leading up to the assassination and you will see that these men would not hang out with a lower class, loner type of individual as the WC would claim.

The first person is George De Mohrenschildt. As we have seen in a recent article in the "Garrison Chronicles" involving the very exclusive Dallas Petroleum Club, De Mohrenschildt was a member. This gave De Mohrenschildt access to very powerful people which would help his career immensely one could imagine. The fact that De Mohrenschildt was hesitant to mention his membership to this exclusive club while testifying before the WC also makes one wonder what he was trying to hide.
Mr. JENNER. Of what groups have you been a member? And of what groups are you a member?
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. I am not a member of any group. Maybe that is something against me, because I am not a member of any group. I am not a member--I am not interested. I am too busy.
Mr. JENNER. You are a member of the Petroleum Club in Dallas?
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. If you call that a group; yes.
Mr. JENNER. It is a group.
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Yes; a member of the Dallas Petroleum Club.
Jim Garrison looked into this issue during his investigation into the assassination in the late 1960s and here is what he wrote about it in his book "On The Trail Of The Assassins."
Quote on
De Mohrenschildt had become a consulting geologist and had become a member of the exclusive Dallas Petroleum Club with extremely affluent contacts in the business world. Among his close friends, one of the more interesting was Jean de Menil, the president of the mammoth international Schlumberger Corporation, which had close ties to the Central Intelligence Agency.*
*The C.I.A. and Schlumberger had a mutual interest in the O.A.S, an organization led by former French generals who had revolted against President Charles DeGaulle in 1961 when Algeria was in the process of winning its independence. The Agency had been a staunch, although secret, supporter of the French anti-Gaullist movement. ("On The Trail Of The Assassins", Jim Garrison, p. 53 [hardcover edition])

We can see that De Mohrenschildt had access to many wealthy and powerful individuals being a member of this exclusive club, but we are asked to believe that he would want to spend time with a man like LHO by the WC. For more information on the Dallas Petroleum Club, please see this article.

In addition to this was the fact that De Mohrenschildt's family in Russia was tied to nobility. He said that people would call him "Baron" for this reason as he told the WC when he testified before them.
Mr. JENNER. Sometimes people refer to you as Baron De Mohrenschildt.
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Yes.
Mr. JENNER. Would you explain that?
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. I don't refer to myself as that, you know. But supposedly the family has the right to it, because we are members of the Baltic nobility.
Mr. JENNER. Through what source?
Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Through the Swedish source, from the time of Queen Christina. But my father never used the title, because of his perhaps liberal tendencies. Neither did Ferdinand, I think...I have some papers which say that we are barons, in my files. But, frankly, I don't--I think it is sort of ridiculous to use the title. My ex-wife loved the idea.
So we see that some people called him "Baron" and again, why would a baron hangout with a lower-class man like LHO? Even if it was just fascination, would that last for months like we are told it did? That is highly doubtful. Another issue is that De Mohrenschildt was a "White Russian" and LHO claimed to be a "Marxist-Leninist" and if this was true the two men would have total disdain for each other as a white Russian was a supporter of the Czar who was deposed by Vladimir Lenin in 1917. I can't imagine two men with such different political views and wealth standards ever hanging out with each for months like the WC claimed these two did. What do you think?
The most plausible explanation was that De Mohrenschildt was LHO's handler and when he left for Haiti that task was passed to the next guy in this article.
The other man was Michael Paine. Like De Mohrenschildt he was highly educated as he too was an engineer and had gone to college whereas LHO had not even finished high school.

Why would two engineers (one a geologist and petroleum engineer and the other a research engineer for helicopter design) have an interest in LHO? I am not knocking LHO, but his work and background was like night to the day of the other two men. We also have to assume coming from nobility and being a geologist that De Mohrenschildt had money, which LHO did not.
The same is true for Michael Paine as he came from the Forbes family and they are a wealthy family. A fellow engineer, Frank Krystinik, at Bell Helicopter where Paine worked told Special Agent James Hosty of the FBI on January 9, 1964, that he "...knows that Michael Paine spent $3,000.00 in the early part of August 1963, to purchase a tract of industrial property in Irving, Texas, where he intends to build his small plant. (Commission Document 318, pp. 7-8)

Three thousand dollars was a lot of money back in 1963 to be able to just put into a tract of land. In fact, it is worth $30,100.59 today. Where would Michael Paine get this kind of money to purchase land in order to start his own plant? Well, it seems that besides having a very good job Michael Paine also inherited a lot of money in 1960.
This was confirmed in a buried FBI document from Special Agent Darrel Currie dated April 1, 1964, that Michael Paine, along with 14 other grandchildren, inherited $269,000.00 in 1960. Here is the relevant portion from the report.
Quote on
Michael Paine inherited money from his maternal grandmother, ELISE CABOT FORBES, who died in 1960. Under terms of her will, each of her fifteen grandchildren were to receive equal shares of a fund when they reached twenty-one years of age.
The appraised value of MICHAEL PAINE's share of this fund as of January 1, 1963, was $269,000.00. This fund is held in the name of J.M. Forbes Company who serve as agents under the power of attorney.
Mr. [David] FORBES stated that MICHAEL's money has been reinvested in securities and that the accumulated interest from his account as of January 1, 1963, was $5,500.00 [$55,184.41 today] and as of January 1, 1964, was $3,900.00 [$39, 130.76 today]. (NARA Record Number: 124-10147-10033)

This tells us that he inherited $269,000.00 ($2,790,202.50 today) in 1960. His interest on that money was $5,500.00 [$55,184.41 today] as of January 1, 1963, but this dropped to $3,900.00 [$39,130.76 today] as of January 1, 1964. That is a good bit of interest that was lost in a year. The document tells us that Michael Paine "withdrew $285.00 a month from his accumulated interest on this account" during 1963. That would equal $3,420.00 [$34,314.67 today] so this could possibly explain the drop in the total amount of the account by the beginning of 1964, but without knowing the interest rate it is impossible to know if this was the sole reason for the drop in the interest amount during the year 1963. (Ibid.)
What else could Michael Paine have taken money out of his inheritance account for? He had two other incomes as well -- his job and he had a trust fund set up by some relative on his father's side that provided him with $500.00 a month [$5,016.76 today] (Ibid.) Since he was getting what is equivalent to over $5,000.00 a month today from his trust fund and he had a paycheck every week as well, why was he withdrawing the $285.00 a month from his inheritance?
Perhaps it was to pay for the tract of land he purchased? We will never know because the WC did not look into this issue regarding the Paines.
The point of this article is to illustrate that the Paines were well off by the standards of 1963 compared to the average person like LHO. So this leads to the question of why would they take in a Russian like Marina and why would Michael hang out with LHO so much when they had to have had nothing in common? They certainly did NOT agree on political issues according to John De Tore.
