IF Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) used A. Hidell as an alias as the Dallas Police Department (DPD) and the Warren Commission (WC) claimed, why was this NOT listed on the day he was arrested?
If you look at David Johnston Exhibit 1, page 313, you will see at the top of the first page this:

Lee Harvey Oswald, White male 24
(DOB 10-18-39 something I can’t read Orleans, State of Louisiana)
Father: Robert E. Oswald, deceased
Mother: Maruguerite Claverie
ALIAS: O.H. LEE 1026 N. Beckly Ave. Dallas, Texas (David Johnston Exhibit 1, p. 313)

There is NO mention of Alex Hidell at all! In fact, this alias would NOT be tied to LHO until the NEXT day when the alleged rifle order from Klein’s was supposedly traced by the FBI. The DPD made NO mention of this alias all through the day of the assassination.
IF the selective service card allegedly showing he used this alias was found on 11/22/63, why did Sgt. Hill and others NOT think he was A. Hidell instead of LHO? On page 805 of CE-2160 you will the following exchange:

Q. What was his name on the billfold?
Hill. What was his name on the billfold?
Q. On the billfold.
Hill. Lee H. Oswald. O-S-W-A-L-D. (CE 2160, p. 805; p. 3 in original)

See? IF they had found the A. Hidell card on 11/22/63 surely it would have been mentioned. Speaking of billfolds, why was NO billfold listed on LHO’s possessions sheet? Go to CE 1148 to see for yourselves.

What happened to it?
The above quote from Johnston Exhibit 1 was from page 313 of the document, but if you go to page 314 you will see the following:

Again, we see NO mention of A. Hidell. This document is a goldmine of information as it is a synopsis of events that occurred from 11/22/63 to 11/24/63. On page 315 it mentions under the time of 1:35 a.m. that LHO was again advised of his Constitutional rights, but little good that did him as he went nearly 48 hours with NO lawyer.
