The claim was made that a wallet was taken from Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) when he was arrested, but if we go to the document that shows what was really on him we WON’T see it. Go to Commission Exhibit 1148 and look.historymatters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh22/pages/WH_Vol22_0104b.gifWhy is the wallet/billfold NOT listed? Didn’t they supposedly find the Selective Service Card in it? How could they find anything in it when it is NOT listed as being on LHO? Notice a few other things too. Like the paycheck stub from “American Bakeries Company” which dated back to August 22 or August 27, 1960! Why on earth would he be carrying this around in November 1963? Especially with NO wallet!
Notice the small box top marked “Cox’s, Forth Worth”. What was this? Did anyone check it out? I doubt it. What was this place? Does anyone know?
We see NO wallet listed, and yet, the DPD claimed they NOT only took one off of him but it contained a Selective Service Card bearing the name “Alek Hidell” that would perfectly match the name the FBI said ordered a Mannlicher-Carcano in March 1963.
