IF the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) was the known location of the shots as the WC, and its defenders, claim, why was it NOT secured until 1:35 p.m.?
That is an hour and five minutes AFTER THE SHOTS WERE FIRED! We know this time is correct because in Commission Exhibit (CE) 1974 (Dallas Police Department—DPD radio transmissions) on page 924 we see this:

Dispatcher (Henslee) Attention: motorcycle escort with 1 (Chief of Police Jesse Curry)—attract as little attention possible, continue advising the escort to cut the siren. 1:35 p.m.
9 (Inspector Sawyer) I have been out of the car. Have you been trying to contact me?
Dispatcher (Henslee) Did you get that information. Did the motor jockey give you the information about the building?
9 (Inspector Sawyer) It’s being secured NOW. (Emphasis mine) (CE 1974, p. 924)

We see from this despite claims that it was secured rapidly and that Baker knew shots came from there we see it took OVER AN HOUR to secure the building! Why? This could have allowed an assassin in a wheelchair plenty of time to get away. Can any WC defender explain why the securing of the supposed crime scene took so long to secure? In the same CE 1974 we see this transmission shortly after the shots were fired.

142 (Patrolman C.A. Haygood) I just talked to a guy up here who was standing close to it and the best he could tell it came from Texas School Book Depository Building here with that Hertz Renting sign on top.
Dispatcher (Henslee) 10-4. Get his name, address, telephone number there—all the information you can from him. 12:35 p.m. (CE 1974, p. 914)

This is interesting for several reasons. Firstly, because it was sent out a HOUR before the Sawyer one and shows the TSBD was being considered, but it still took an HOUR more to secure it. Why?
Secondly, notice the instruction to GET ALL OF THE WITNESS’S PERSONAL INFORMATION! Why in the case of Brennan and other key witnesses in this case do we see this NOT happening IF it happened the way it was claimed to have happened? Getting personal information is standard police procedure in all cases, but in this one it seems to have gone out the window at key times. Why?
