This installment of the series comes from a Warren Commission (WC) defender! Just as John Mytton contributed earlier in the series Mike Williams wants to help out too! So here goes. Here is an exchange Mike and I had today:

The FBI and SS had NO jurisdiction, thus, they had NO right to take the evidence in the case on 11/22/63 and 11/23/63.—Rob Caprio
Certainly they did.
You can keep clicking your heels and wishing for your claims to be true, but you wont get back to Kansas.—Mike Williams

Mike continues to claim the FBI and the Secret Service (SS) had jurisdiction on 11/22/63 without EVER SHOWING they did. How typical of a WC defender, huh?
It did get me to thinking about the last quote I included in my 70th installment in this series again. Remember this one?
Quote on
There was NO Federal criminal jurisdiction over the assassination of President Kennedy. Had there been reason to believe that the assassination was the result of a conspiracy, Federal jurisdiction could have been asserted; it long has been a Federal law to conspire to injure any Federal officer, on account of, or while he is engaged in, the lawful discharge of the duties of his office. Murder of a President has NEVER been covered by Federal law, however, so that once it became reasonably clear that the killing was an act of a single person, the state of Texas had EXCLUSIVE jurisdiction. (WCR, p.454) (Emphasis mine)

Remember now? Well let me repost it BUT WITH DIFFERENT HIGHLIGHTING, okay?

See it now? By claiming the FBI and SS had JURISDICTION on 11/22/63, when they did NOT based on the WC's claim of one lone nut shooter, Mike has to be saying they KNEW IT WAS A CONSPIRACY RIGHT AWAY!
Way to go Mike! KUTGW!
If you have any more contributions to make please let me know!
Mike has SUNK the WC conclusion all by himself!
