One of the most mysterious things in the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) was a woman who was wearing a polka-dot dress. Who was she? To this day we are still not sure. Why did the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) not find this out for us when they "investigated" the murder? She was seen standing right next to the accused assassin, Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, during the time shortly before the shooting.
We know about this woman because of witness, Sandy Serrano, a young Kennedy campaign worker, who states she was sitting on the rear stairway of the Ambassador Hotel approximately "halfway up between the landing connecting the Sunset Room and the Embassy Ballroom." ((RFK LAPD Microfilm, Volume 76 (SUS Final Report) p. 415) Here is what the report stated regarding her observation of the woman wearing a polka-dot dress.
Quote on
She stated that shortly before midnight she observed two males and one female walk up the stairway and enter the Embassy Ballroom. Miss Serano described one of the men as being Sirhan and described the woman as wearing a white dress with black polka dots.
Miss Serrano stated that approximately ten to fifteen minutes after she observed these people enter the Embassy Room, she heard approximately eight to ten gunshots in succession; that a couple of minutes after the shots she observed the girl in the white and black polka dot dress and one of the men running down the stairway where she was still sitting. She noted that Sirhan was not with them. The girl in the polka dot dress was yelling, "We shot him, we shot him" Miss Serrano asked, "Who did you shoot?" and the girl answered, "Kennedy, we shot Kennedy." Serrano stated she later identified photographs of Sirhan Sirhan as the man who entered the Embassy Ballroom, but failed to return with the other man and the girl in the polka dot dress after the shooting. (Ibid.)

Of course the biased LAPD would have none of this as it ruined the official narrative of a lone shooter, therefore, they claimed she fabricated this whole story after they gave her a polygraph examination. Keep in mind, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover (JEH) had claimed these were worthless when Jack Ruby wanted one in 1964 so we can ignore this nonsense from the LAPD. Why would she say this IF she didn't really see and hear this? I can hear the official narrative defenders saying "Because she wanted to be famous", but she should have learned from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy (JFK) that inserting yourself into these types of assassinations when you do NOT agree with the official conclusion can be very dangerous to your health.
The polygraph was invaluable to the LAPD (with their numerous CIA assets) in shooting down all her statements. It said that no one had told her "that they shot Kennedy or that she heard any gunshots." Wow. It is a wonder that the LAPD needed so many police officers as this polygraph seemed to be able to solve all their cases for them. How would a polygraph know these things? The proper phrasing would be, "Her answers to such and such questions were questionable" or "were outright untruthful", but they didn't want to say this as it most likely is NOT true. So, instead they just made the ridiculous statements above as IF they were there and knew what a witness saw and heard or didn't see and hear. How many witnesses are given polygraph examinations again? Aren't usually people suspected of committing a crime given these? I would think so.
We then see that she was "interrogated extensively" by the LAPD. (Ibid.) Again, how many witnesses are INTERROGATED in normal murder cases? Probably very few if any. All this was to get her to "admit" that she made it all up because it sank their claim of just SIrhan being involved right out of the gate.
Another person who had told the LAPD of the woman in the polka-dot dress was Vincent Di Pierro. He too was polygraphed and to no one's surprise he too had been untruthful. (Ibid., p. 416) He then said that he had talked with Sandy Serrano about this woman and this discussion led him to think he saw Sirhan talking with her in the kitchen. It would seem that Serrano had the same power that Dallas Deputy Sheriff Seymour Weitzman had in the JFK assassination as he would supposedly say the rifle was a "Mauser" that they found and EVERYONE else thought it was one because he said so. Here is a few index cards about him from the LAPD.

Another event came up regarding this topic. On June 6, 1968, Mrs. Edith Goldstein found a paper sack (the irony of it all) with a gray dress with white polka dots on it. The sack also included "miscellaneous feminine undergarments and cosmetics." The sack was found lying in the alley at the rear of 1835 Crescent Heights Boulevard, Los Angeles. (Ibid., p. 417) The next day the sack was processed for fingerprints and photographed. They found "numerous fingerprints" on the sack and clothing, but were only good for "elimination purposes." (Ibid.) Who were they "eliminating?" Why not run them and find that person or person and interview them? We know this wasn't the dress in question as it was NOT white with black dots, but it could show that there was a second person who was at the ready to don a polka-dot dress. This is why it was not followed up on as they determined it was new and never worn, but that doesn't preclude the previous point.
Despite all this denial of this woman the LAPD did compile a list of possible women. Here it is.
Quote on
1) Cheryl Wessels was taken into custody at the County Jail at 1:30 p.m. on June 5, 1968, as a result of an informant's call naming her as the then-outstanding girl in the polka dot dress. She was released when it was learned she was at home during the time of the shooting.
2) Cathey S. Fulmer telephonically contacted the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department on June 7, 1968, and informed them she believed she was the girl in the polka dot dress wanted by this Department. Fulmer told detectives that she was at the Ambassador on June 4/5, 1968, and was wearing a green dress with orange polka dot scarf around her neck. Fulmer stated after the shooting she ran from the main entrance of the Embassy Room yelling, "They shot him." Serrano was certain that Fulmer was not the woman she had seen on the stairs after she viewed Fulmer in the lobby of Parker Center.
3) On June 7, 1968, investigators were notified that Laurel Koons was interviewed by the Vallejo Police Department on June 6, 1968, at 9:10 p.m., regarding the shooting of Kennedy. She told the Vallejo investigator that she was being accused by friends of being the girl in the polka dot dress. She explained that she was in San Diego the night of the shooting visiting her boyfriend Michael Teague who was aboard the U.S.S. Worden. She was described as a female Caucasian, 38, 5', 140, hazel eyes, long black hair with a slightly crooked nose. Due to Laurel Koons' physical description, it was apparent she was not the woman allegedly seen by Serrano.
(Her boyfriend did NOT corroborate her story. He said she came to visit him on May 31 or June 1, 1968, and stayed with him UNTIL June 3. He then went out to sea for June 4 and 5, therefore, she could NOT have been with him when RFK was shot as she claimed. Why was the LAPD so fast to eliminate her?)
4) Muriel C. Lee...thought she was the woman involved in the Kennedy assassination. Investigator interviewed Mrs. Lee and learned that on the night of the assassination she was wearing a black long sleeve dress and a large white hat similar to a "Chef's" hat. She was determined not to be the woman Serrano allegedly saw.
5) Kris Sumpter was interviewed by investigators on June 18, 1968. She told investigators that she went to the Ambassador Hotel on June 4, 1968, and was wearing a white blouse with small black polka dots and a black skirt. She stated she was coming up a flight of stairs from the Ambassador Ballroom when Senator Kennedy was shot. Her description is female Caucasian, 21, 5-1, 150, brown, brown. Due to her location at the time of the shooting, her physical description and her clothing she was wearing, she was not the woman allegedly seen by Serrano on the steps.
6) (Editing for a shorter presentation) Joan London. A producer, John Anthony, in San Francisco at channel KTVU-TV obtained information from an informant that told him London was seen the night of the shooting. It was alleged that Joan London was wearing a polka dot dress at the time. This prompted Anthony to call the LAPD on June 19, 1968, with this information.
The LAPD contacted Ceasar Chavez, President of the Farm Workers Union, and he stated that he was at the Ambassador Hotel on June 4, 1968, and that he knew Joan London. He further stated that he did not see her that night and that she was 60-years-old. Based on this information and the concept that there couldn't possibly be more than ONE Joan London in the California area the LAPD disregarded this lead. (Ibid., pp. 418-421)

First of all, IF ONLY the Warren Commission (WC), the Dallas Police Department (DPD), the FBI and others had used ALLEGEDLY as many times as the LAPD did in this short summation that would have been great, but they didn't. They accused Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) with absolutely no supporting evidence over and over again. Ditto Sirhan Sirhan. We see when they wanted to discredit someone that did NOT support their UNSUPPORTED conclusions they suddenly knew the word "allegedly."
Secondly, if they did NOT believe Serrano, and it is clear that they did not, why were they following all these leads?
Lastly, the two most interesting names on this list are Fulmer and Koons.
Fulmer would die on April 11, 1969, less than a year after the shooting. Fulmer had come forward just days after the assassination and claimed that "she might be the mysterious polka-dot dress lady they were seeking." The police quickly cleared her and she was forgotten. Perhaps she was cleared because her dress was not white with black dots. Here is a photograph of the dress she was wearing.
www.rapeutation.com/rfkreborn.447d_small.gif
The dress did not match, but she did admit to saying "They shot him." So she admitted to being there, wore a polka-dot dress and said "They shot him", but the LAPD cleared her rapidly. Why? According to a short article in the "Los Angeles Times" (LAT) from April 12, 1969, they said she was found semiconscious in a motel. It also said she died due to an "overdose of Seconal" and went unidentified until a friend finally viewed the body. It was ruled a suicide. Perhaps it was as Fulmer is listed as a "go-go dancer" in the article, but that doesn't have to mean she was depressed. Why would she kill herself? Did she kill herself? These kinds of happenings are common in the JFK assassination saga so we have to wonder here too. Clearly she had few friends and no family to call on so who would miss her IF she was given a mortal dose? Here is the article.
img.newspapers.com/img/img?institutionId=0&user=0&id=383092064&clippingId=30490534&width=557&height=715&crop=1866_204_1665_2179&rotation=0
We have to wonder what Fulmer may have known since she died so soon after the assassination. Perhaps she was a patsy of sorts?
Koons is interesting because she boldly lied about where she was and because "friends accused her of being the girl in the polka dot dress." Why would friends accuse her if she was not there or did not have that kind of dress? Her description looks similar to this photograph of the woman.
www.metimeforthemind.com/uploads/1/7/1/3/1713253/3069350_orig.jpg
Why did the LAPD make so light of the fact that she was NOT in San Diego on June 4 as she claimed? She could have easily returned to Los Angeles by then. Why did they not pursue this lead? At this point she would have to be suspect number 1 as she is close to the woman in the photograph, her friends accused her of being the woman and she lied about where she was at the time. What do you think?
We will also see other names on this card of women and polka-dot dresses.

None of these seemed to have been followed up on by the LAPD. This again shows us their interest in this topic. Another suspect was presented by researcher Shane O'Sullivan and my colleague John Duncan wrote about this on The JFK Assassinaton Board.
Quote on
In the book "Who Killed Bobby?" by Shane O'Sullivan (he also did the "RFK Must Die" film) he mentions the name of the woman in the "Polka Dot Dress". It seems she picked this guy up in a restaurant and spent most of the day before the assassination with him. He claimed she was scared and worried someone was following her. He was a salesman or some kind of traveler so he took her with him on his calls that day. He said she was totally afraid of being followed (this could have been an act) and seemed frightened.
He said her name was Geraldnine (NOT Geraldine) Oppenheimer. Remember one of the "atom bomb" inventors was J. Robert Oppenheimer. The Oppenheimers are also very big in diamonds in South Africa and in the financial area under the "Oppenheimer Funds."
For those who aren't familiar with the case, the Senator Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) assassination, she and two men, one of them Sirhan Sirhan, went pass Sandy Serrano on the outside fire escape, and then came back (minus Sirhan Sirhan) after the shooting saying something about RFK. Several people said they saw her (including a couple) and heard her say either "we shot him" or "we got him."
The girl was seen right next to Sirhan Sirhan moments before he fired on RFK and the thinking of some researchers is Sirhan Sirhan was the first "mind-controlled" killer used and her dress was used to assist this process. A man spent much of the day with her and she mentioned their plans and gave this name to him. All the witnesses who claimed to see her and her friend were harassed by the LAPD (CIA agents posing as cops) to change their story of her being there or revising what she said to "he was shot."
There is some interesting stuff showing Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) was being worked on in the same way (LSD, etc...), but they did not get to the point of total control by 11/22/63. Sirhan Sirhan would go into trances which shows mind-control. Geraldnine Oppenheimer's polka dot dress could easily have been a trigger. Sirhan Sirhan was also exposed to mirrors and these have been shown to be involved in mind-control techniques. He also had no memory of what happened and this is another tell-tale sign. (John Duncan based on Shane O'Sullivan, "Who Killed Bobby?")

This seems like a very good possibility as she would be from a very important family and would have good connections in order to disappear and avoid any issues with law enforcement. We know who the LAPD claimed the woman was as they tell us in this document.

Actual Girl In Polka Dot Dress
...Valerie Schulte, a Kennedy Grl, was wearing a bright green dress with gold polka dots at the Ambassador Hotel on the evening of June 4, 1968. Ms. Schulte is blond (sic) and slender, and does not fit the description which Serrano supplied investigators in any way. (Ibid., p. 421)

Her dress and her hair color do not match the woman in the photograph at all so it is doubtful this is the woman Serrano saw and talked with especially when we know she was on crutches and could not have gone up and down stairs. Since we may never know who the woman was, does that matter as much as the dress and its purpose? I don't think so.
I found this interesting article while researching this and it ties into the JFK assassination. It seems that Jack Ruby purchased a green and white polka-dot dress for Beverly Oliver who wore it to the Carousel Club the day before the assassination of JFK! She said Ruby was irate that she was not going to change the dress before going to see JFK the next day and said, "You mean you are going to wear the dress I bought you down to see that S.O.B?" I thought Ruby liked JFK and saved Jackie the misery of having to come back to Dallas by shooting LHO? It sounds like he didn't like him at all according to this. ("Nightmare In Dallas: A Review, by John Delane Williams, The Fourth Decade, Vol. 4, Issue 6, p. 22)
www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=48701#relPageId=22&search=polka_dot
Oliver wore this dress to the Cabana Hotel meeting on the night of November 21, 1963, that included Ruby and Larry Meyers. (See this for more information on this meeting.)
jfkconspiracyforum.freeforums.net/thread/1006/garrison-chronicles-lawrence-meyers
This information is intriguing when we learn that Oliver was concerned years later that she may have been unknowingly part of the conspiracy because "someone may have been programmed to shoot JFK when they saw the woman in the green and white polka-dot dress...". (Ibid., p. 24) This is very possible as that type of dress would work on someone who was hypnotized or mind-controlled as it could be a trigger to activate them. I have never read that Oliver wore this kind of dress to Dealey Plaza (DP) before and the fact we see the same scenario at the Ambassador Hotel is no coincidence in all likelihood.
What do you think? Does anyone reading this have any additional information to add to this topic? If not, this is as comprehensive as we can get on the woman in the polka-dot dress.

Oliver wore this dress to the Cabana Hotel meeting on the night of November 21, 1963, that included Ruby and Larry Meyers. (See this for more information on this meeting.)
