Month In Review -- April -- 1964 -- The Journal American runs a column by Dorothy Kilgallen which opens up many embarrassing questions for the Dallas Police concerning the JFK assassination. There was a lot of embarrassing things to mention. The Dallas Police were either totally incompetant or part of the cover-up.

If the shots were fired from the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD) as claimed, why is NO one looking up in the Wiegman film? Clips have been made of this film that illustrate this perfectly, but I have not been able to find one online so I will add a link to the movie itself. At about 6 seconds in you will get a fleeting glimpse of the people outside the TSBD watching the motorcade and none of them are LOOKING UP. Why if the shots came from the TSBD as claimed?

VERNON BUNDY, Oswald witness; inmate of the New Orleans Parish prison at the time of Jim Garrison's conspiracy investigation. Bundy told one of his prison guards that he had information regarding Oswald. Garrison was contacted, and Bundy ended up on the witness stand during Clay Shaw's preliminary court hearing. He testified that he had gone to the seawall at Lake Pontchartrain in July 1963 "to get a fix" of heroin and while there saw Shaw and Oswald have a IS-minute meeting. He testified, "The older fellow gave the guy what I'm not sure, but it looked like a roll of money. The young guy stuck it in his back pocket." Bundy also testified effectively at Shaw's trial, at one point volunteering that the factor that convinced him beyond a shadow of a doubt that Shaw was the man he had seen at the waterfront was Shaw's distinctive gait; a slight limp, a twisting of his foot when he walked.
