This lie is so straight forward it is NOT even funny! Ben claims he will point out any claims being asserted by ANYONE IF they don't support them. He said this:
“When people refuse to support their own assertions, I merely point it out.” (Ben Holmes – 7/9/09)
He does too, FOR EVERYONE NOT NAMED WALT that is! Walt has made many claims he can't support, but NOT once have I seen Ben call him out and demand evidence like he does to everyone else. Why?
Ben has said other things in this regard, like this:
“Liars always have a hard time supporting their words.” (Ben Holmes – 7/9/09)
And yet, when we see Walt being unable to support ANY of his wild claims we don't hear a peep out of Ben. Why?
Instead Ben is more worried about lying and claiming I am lying about such stuff as:
1) LHO wearing a watch between 3/31/63 and 11/22/63 (of course Ben would lie and IGNORE my timeframe and claim he wore one in 1960 so if the man in the BY photo (CE133A) had one on it has to be okay since LHO was known to wear a watch in his lifetime).
2) That an inconclusive is a neutral result and proves nothing (Ben lies and says this FAVORS a match).
3) The clip issue (Ben knows NO clip was in the rifle when found, and has said so, but instead of attacking Walt for claiming it was with NO evidence to support him he instead attacked me over the word "eject" being used for how the clip would leave the rifle).
4) The Silvia Duran alleged notation in LHO's personal notebook (Ben would argue this was evidence of LHO going to Mexico City as the WC and CIA claimed, but when asked to prove how a notation proves he went, he used his old trick -- it was up to me to show this was NOT evidence that he went! The WC never proved this alleged notation meant anything in regards to his alleged trip, but Ben wanted me to disprove a negative!)
There are more but we would be here all day IF I listed them all. In each case we see Ben IGNORING the blatant lies of Walt (which benefit the WC's theory by the way) and attack me over some meaningless stuff in the big picture. Why?
Walt's continual "spouting off" with NO evidence or support does NOT bother Ben in the least, despite him saying this:
”You see, anyone can spout off anything they want... it has to withstand the facts that can be thrown at it” (Ben Holmes – 1/18/07)
Why does Walt get the luxury of "spouting off" without supporting his assertions, and we do NOT see Ben "pointing it out?"
Here are just some of Walt's many claims he has NOT supported (first, lets see what Ben thinks of Walt's claims, okay? Ben said this about them:
“Is it dishonest to point out facts? Which statement (Walt’s claims) above is in error, Rob?" (Ben Holmes)
And this:
‘Tis true. You never made them. But also true, each statement is (Walt’s claims).” (Ben Holmes)
YOU decide for yourself by looking at Walt's claims!

Walt never proved his claim that George DeMohrenschildt purchased the money order used allegedly for the Carcano rifle order.
Walt never proved his claim Fritz was just sloppy when timing the.arrest report ELEVEN minutes BEFORE LHO was arrested.
Walt never proved his claim of a “signed affidavit with a notary seal” signed by the LHO saying he was going to hijack a plane and make the pilot fly him to Cuba EVER existed.
Walt never proved his claim that LHO was part of a plot to kill Castro (probably claims he was going to be the “trigger man” too).
Walt never proved his claim that a reporter lied because he was “bent on hyperbole”, and said the bullet found at Walker’s was a .30.06 caliber instead of a 6.5mm bullet as Walt and the WC claim.
Walt never proved his claim that CE573 was the bullet actually fired at Gen. Walker on 4/10/63.
