Notice To Lurkers:
Ben will deny these very obvious lies by claiming he has given evidence already (a favorite trick of the LNer clan) or that he has quoted me saying something, but do NOT fall for it. Demand him to provide this evidence to you. Demand that he provides my quote IN context as he has a habit of EDITING other people’s words and ignoring clarifications even when they are made BEFORE he responded.
Ben will resort to insults and false accusations like all LNers do so take note of how often he does this.
*******************************************************************
Let's start to add in Ben's OWN notice as he does EXACTLY what he warns you folks LNers will do!
“Important Note for Lurkers - there are many trolls on this forum who's only purpose is to obstruct debate, deny the evidence, and attempt to change message threads from discussing the evidence, to personal insults and attacks.” (Ben Holmes’s Refrain on his “series” posts.)
******************************************************************
Since Ben wants my list of Ben's UNSUPPORTED claims addressed so much I will look at another claim I listed and his response. I said this:
"Ben never proved his claim that NO doctor at Parkland Hospital (PH) was qualified to determine a high velocity bullet killed JFK." (Robert)
To which Ben responded like this:
"Never said this." (Ben Holmes)
Oh really? Then what does this mean?
“You're demanding proof of a ballistics assertion made by doctors. You *FIRST* have to illustrate that the doctors knew what they were talking about. But you can't do it.” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
This was in direct reference to the doctors at PH telling Admiral George Burkley the cause of death -- a high velocity bullet to the head. But he did NOT stop there, as he said this!
"Your problem is your inability to demonstrate that **doctors are ballistics experts**.” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
Again we see Ben's claim of "no doctor was a ballistic expert, thus, they could NOT know what type of bullet killed him." And yet, he lied and said he never said this!
This comment by Ben goes right to the point I made in my claims list!
“What assertions do I need to defend?” (Robert)
“**That medically trained doctors are conversant with, and have the expertise to determine the difference between a wound created by a "high velocity rifle" vs a "medium velocity rifle".** And until you can do so - you're merely going to continue to look stupid.” (Ben Holmes – 5/25/09)
So we see the liar is a BIG LIAR when he denied ever saying this! But wait, there is more!
“Bravo! **Doctors are now ballistics experts** in your world. Sadly for you, they aren't in any thinking man's world.” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
And more!
“Tell us, Rob - which ballistics expert put the back wound at T-3? For surely, if you're willing to accept the **ballistics "expertise" of a doctor**, you must certainly have a ballistics expert on call to show you where the back wound hit.” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
And more!
“Until you can illustrate that **medical doctors are trained in ballistics** (or ballistics experts trained in medicine), you'll just continue to appear stupid by believing that they are expert witnesses in the wrong field.
Indeed, the court system, so beloved by you, would not allow a doctor to make such an assertion unless he could provide evidence that his field of expertise extended to ballistics.” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
And more!
“Words do indeed have meanings... and sometimes, they are simply wrong. If you asked me my medical opinion on your lack of brain power, you'd be stupid indeed to accept it - as I have no formal training in medicine whatsoever.
Yet you *ARE* stupid enough to accept **ballistics information from a doctor that you cannot show had any formal training whatsoever in ballistics**.
Tell us Rob - just what "expertise" would you *NOT* accept from a doctor?” (Ben Holmes – 5/24/09)
And more!
“I've already detailed it, but here it is again:
You presume that **doctors understand and have a common frame of reference when speaking of ballistics.**
You presume that a doctor has the training and knowledge to differentiate between a wound created by a "high velocity rifle" vs a "medium velocity rifle". That's simply not true, nor have you been able to support such a silly position other than by asserting that somehow being in the military will give you this knowledge & expertise.
The *truth*, Rob - is that this assertion that the wounds were caused by a "high velocity rifle" is nothing better than sheer opinion, and not based on any fundamental knowledge or expertise.” (Ben Holmes -- 5/25/09)
And more!
“Does the 6.5mm NOT meet high-velocity (high-powered) standards?” (Robert)
“What standards are those, Rob?
If you *cannot* say "medical standards as taught in medical school", then you've lost.
If you tell the truth and admit **that these are *BALLISTICS* standards, in a field that is *NOT* medical, but ballistics**... then you tell the truth, and lose your argument.” (Ben Holmes – 5/25/09)
And more!
“NO, you are stating the good Doctor didn't know what he was doing,…(Robert – EDITED by Ben)
Yep... absolutely true. He did *NOT* have the training or expertise needed to **specify a particular velocity weapon**.” (Ben Holmes –- 5/25/09)
And more!
“…and I want evidence for this CLAIM of yours!” (Robert – the rest of the edited part)
“The fact that you refuse to provide **any citation that shows ballistics training for medical doctors does that quite well**...thank you Rob!” (Ben Holmes – 5/25/09)
And more!
“They OTOH certainly have been trained in the seeing a wound and knowing quite well what type of ammo and weapon caused it.” (Robert)
“You're a liar, Rob. You'll *NEVER* provide any citation showing such training.” (Ben Holmes –5/25/09)
OF course this turned out to be a lie as I quoted this to him!
"BULLET WOUNDS follow the principles of physics. The greater the energy of the missile at the moment of impact, the greater the tissue destruction. The striking energy of a projectile is the product of its mass or weight multiplied by the square of its velocity. Because it is squared, velocity is the most important factor, not the size or caliber of the bullet. High-impact, or magnum, rounds have greater destructive power to cause shock leading to death. Hollow points, or other fragmenting ammo are designed to spread out and hit vital organs. From a death standpoint, however, high-powered rifles kill much faster than either handguns or shotguns. **Many forensic pathologists are also experts at firearms identification and the science of ballistics.**"
Of course he then lied and said he KNEW that forensic pathologists were trained in ballistics all along DESPITE making the many comments above. His new tactic was that there was NO forensic pathologist at Parkland Hospital who mentioned JFK died by a high-velocity bullet to the head! Of course, in Ben's mind IF they didn't mention it they COULDN'T HAVE TOLD OR SHARED THEIR EXPERTISE with anyone despite their code of ethics. Ben also is lying when he claims doctors who handled hundreds of gunshot patients in a year wouldn't learn over time what kind of bullet caused what kind of wound!
SO we see Ben has lied numerous times AGAIN! Will it ever stop? He is using sick, evil tactics to get me to respond to his response of my "Unsupported claims of Ben Holmes" and I would have to wonder why when all it is doing it showing what a liar he is!
Will he ever retract one of his lies?
