It is time for more questions the Warren Commission (WC) defenders can’t/won’t refute with evidence.
***********************************************
(1) Who were the two “subversive agents” that Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) supposedly contacted 15 days before the assassination?
If we go to Commission Exhibit (CE) 1783 we will see the following comment by Secret Service (SS) Special Agent William Patterson.

While I was at the police station, I engaged an FBI agent in conversation and found out that he was on the subversive desk. He stated that Oswald had contacted TWO KNOWN SUBVERSIVE AGENTS about 15 days before the shooting but the entire information was top secret and he could not tell us any more but he felt sure that the file would be turned over to our Chief. (William Patterson Report dated 11/25/63, CE 1783, p. 390) (Emphasis added)

First of all, who was the FBI agent Patterson was speaking with? Was it our old friend James Hosty? Why did he NOT name this FBI agent for us? Secondly, who were the two known subversive agents that LHO did make contact with? Also, what did he make contact about? It has been sixty years now and we still don’t have answers to basic questions like this. Why NOT?
Does anyone know anything more about this? Can you fill me in on why LHO was contacting FBI agents assigned to the subversive desk IF he was a “loner” as claimed?
(2) When and how did Marina Oswald see the rifle three weeks before the assassination?
In the same report we see this comment by SS Special Agent William Patterson regarding Marina Oswald.

The wife also advised that she had seen the rifle that was used in the shooting at her home about three weeks before the shooting. (Ibid.)

If we go to Marina Oswald’s WC testimony however, we see NO such mention of viewing the rifle three weeks before November 22, 1963.
Mr. RANKIN. After your husband returned from Mexico, did you examine the rifle in the garage at any time?
Mrs. OSWALD. I had never examined the rifle in the garage. It was wrapped in a blanket and was lying on the floor.
Mr. RANKIN. Did you ever check to see whether the rifle was in the blanket?
Mrs. OSWALD. I never checked to see that. There was only once that I was interested in finding out what was in that blanket, and I saw that it was a rifle.
Mr. RANKIN. When was that?
Mrs. OSWALD. About a week after I came from New Orleans.
Mr. RANKIN. And then you found that the rifle was in the blanket, did you?
Mrs. OSWALD. Yes, I saw the wooden part of it, the wooden stock.
This clearly says she viewed the rifle (albeit just the stock) just one time while it was allegedly in the Paine’s garage and that was a WEEK after she arrived from New Orleans. This was much more than three weeks from the time of the assassination, so why does this report say she viewed the rifle at that time then? She reaffirms this later on in her testimony for us too.
Mr. RANKIN. When was the last time that you had noticed the rifle before that day?
Mrs. OSWALD. I said that I saw--for the first and last time I saw the rifle about a week after I had come to Mrs. Paine.
So why would she tell SS Special Agent Patterson that she last saw the rifle three weeks before the assassination? Can anyone explain this for me?
(3) Was Marina Oswald really the pro-Castro supporter and Communist?
In the same report we see the following comments by SS Special Agent Patterson concerning Marina Oswald.

She advised that SHE WAS A CASTRO SUPPORTER and from the interview it was felt that she is still a HARD CORE COMMUNIST.
It was felt by the interviewer that she was NOT TELLING THE TRUTH and still BELIEVED in communism. (Ibid.) (Emphasis added)

Could Marina Oswald have been sent to the U.S. along with LHO to formulate some support for Castro? Could all of LHO’s activities involving Fair Play for Cuba Committee (FPCC) have been directed by Marina Oswald? These are tantalizing questions that have NEVER been discussed (from what I have seen) let alone answered. Many researchers have found it odd how quick Marina Oswald attached herself to LHO, but none have seemed to have explored the reasons why that much. At least not in the context I have just laid-out. Was Marina Oswald LHO’s superior in regards to the Soviet intelligence (KGB)? Or were they working together?
It is clear from Patterson’s perspective she a PRO-Castro person and the “hard core communist”, so could they have just moved these things on over to LHO when he was arrested for the assassination of JFK?
Can anyone answer these questions? Can anyone tell me why an experienced SS Special Agent thought these things about Marina Oswald?
Again, we see questions that have NOT been answered and point to something very different from the final conclusion of the WC. Furthermore, these questions bring up viable leads that too were NOT investigated to see where they lead, thus, the conclusion of the WC cannot be correct since it did NOT take into consideration these leads and countless others. This means the WC’s final conclusion is sunk again.
