Notice To Lurkers:
Ben will deny these very obvious lies by claiming he has given evidence already (a favorite trick of the LNer clan) or that he has quoted me saying something, but do NOT fall for it. Demand him to provide this evidence to you. Demand that he provides my quote IN context as he has a habit of EDITING other peoples' words and ignoring clarifications even when they are made BEFORE he responded.
Ben will resort to insults and false accusations like all LNers do so take note of how often he does this.
*******************************************************************
Let's start to add in Ben's OWN notice as he does EXACTLY what he warns you folks LNers will do!
“Important Note for Lurkers - there are many trolls on this forum who's only purpose is to obstruct debate, deny the evidence, and attempt to change message threads from discussing the evidence, to personal insults and attacks.” (Ben Holmes’s Refrain on his “series” posts.)
******************************************************************
We revisit the "Unsupported Claims of Ben Holmes" list. Ben said I was "running" from his replies, but to date we have seen that he LIED with each reply he gave.
This is a lie too!
"Ben never proved his claim that CE 573 was the bullet actually fired at Gen. Walker on 4/10/63." (Robert)
"Don't have to. It's up to *YOU* to demonstrate otherwise." (Ben Holmes)
This is a lie that both he and Walt like to tell -- that the bullet presented by the Warren Commission (WC) was indeed the bullet fired at General Edwin A. Walker (EAW) on April 10, 1963. It was NOT the bullet fired at EAW, and we know this because the police report of the incident list the bullet as being STEEL-JACKETED NOT and not copper-jacketed like the 6.5mm ammunition Lee Harvey Oswald (LHO) allegedly used.
Furthermore, we have the fact the police officer who discovered the bullet at the EAW's residence was NEVER called by the WC to identify CE 573 as being the one he discovered. We also have EAW’s OWN testimony before the WC stating the bullet they showed him (CE573)
did NOT look like the bullet he saw on the night of the shooting. We can also add in the local media coverage of the shooting where the bullet was identified as a 30.06 caliber.
The bottom line here is Ben, and Walt, are DEFENDING the claim of the WC and the WC laid out a prosecution theory, thus, the BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON THE WC AND ANYONE WHO DEFENDS THEIR CLAIMS. Ben is lying when he says it is up to me to prove CE 573 was NOT the bullet fired at EAW for the simple reason it was NEVER PROVEN to be the bullet in question in the first place. In addition, it is NOT the defenses' job to do this either, instead it is the prosecutor’s job to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the claim they are making is accurate.
Ben makes this claim and then runs from it with a lie. He lied plain and simple on both counts.
